On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! Reception stA The staff were just excellent - from the security - who helped us with a difficult situation with a taxi driver, to the reception staff who assisted us - giving a very welcome 2 bedroom upgrade when I made a mistake with my booking and checked in one day earlier than our... what people say » prebooked dates. They were also very accommodating with checking in online for our departure. The domestic staff also went out of there way to assist - This is a serviced apartment that has indoor pool, gym, on site washer and dryer, free breakfast, on site convenience store and free Wi Fi. With all these amenities, the room rate is excellent. In addition, it's only minutes to the airport and District 1. A friend introduced me to this place. Otherwise I would not know. This place is a hidden gem! I like it's to be a secret so the rooms would be available when I am in VN. Othwerwise it would be hard to find a better value.
