  Enjoyed everything about the cruise. The transfer to and from Halong Bay from Hanoi. The cruise was fantastic and staff second to none. The day trip to the island where we cycled - We were on a two day cruise but due to weather it was cancelled on the first night. Everyone involved particularly Thao was amazing and Ronald, who was the boat captain. It was all very well organised we were booked into the Novatel and then second night upgraded to the luxury cruise ship for all the disappointment as it was our first wedding anniversary... Fantastic trip

Elegant, clean, perfect. Happy moments without stress for passengers. I highly recommend.

  The Syrena is all about from the arrival till departure from the cruise was fantastic. Staff were outstanding. Helpful,friendly,courteous. Specially Ngan,Yen,Tuyet and Minh. Fantastic Syrena staff. And food was excellent. - Very nice rooms with good bathroom. Friendly staff and very good food.
