  I stayed here whilst backpacking with my boyfriend and it was hot lovely that staff were helpful and pleasant. They did not try to push any tours onto us or try and get us to pay extra for anything. They were very knowledgable about the island and made our stay that much better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cat ba - Very close to the ferry terminal. In the middle of the waterfront strip and with an ATM directly across the street. Staff are friendly and helpful. Resturant is reasonably priced and serves good Asian food. Room was clean and comfortable and had a splendid view of the harbour.

  Great location with fantastic harbour views, and simple but clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff - Mr Khan, the owner is really nice, helpful, lots of info, arranged a boat trip, motorbike, and transport for me. He was not at all pushy but advised me of everything available. He even drove me to the beach to show me where it was even tho... what people say » ugh only a 10 minute walk away! - The owner of the hotel took care of me, by conducting me to the sail tour i wanted to do in Ha Long bay, and was really firendly. The room was super clean, no problem during the 2 nights, I had a very good sleep in the room, which is well situated,close to the restaurants and to the departure place of most of the tours

  I booked a single room and when I checked in they let me stay in a room with 2 double beds. I had my own bathroom with hot shower, television (with english channels), 2 fans (for each bed) and a/c. There is also wifi in the whole building and downstairs a computer to use. The manager and his wife are really friendly and helpful. You also can order... what people say » food, but I didn't eat there (because I met friends and we went out for food). They also have some tours to offer. I really enjoyed my stay! - I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one as I found nice cheap hotel on sea front, I checked out in the evening after staying 1 night and they only charged me 50% of room,rooms very clean and value for money, owners are very nice and helpful,, I was staying here in low season,, highly recommended if youre on a budget,
