- Amazing location especially during the Gennaro festival in Little Italy. You can easily access any location of New York from there. The subway is really close.

The apartment was spacious and great views from all rooms. The beds were comfortable as was the pull out couch. The lift opened inside the apartment - which was great, however when the key panel was broken it took some convincing for the staff to understand that we could get out but not back into the apartment. However it was fixed that day. The location was fabulous and so nice to be 'a part' of NYC with many restaurants and cafes around.

The apartment I had booked was unavailable so we were "upgraded". We were very happy with the apartment as it was a great location, plenty of natural light and surprisingly roomy.
Spacious and all facilities present. Kitchen useful, beds comfortable.
- We had to go quite far away on the hotel to get the keys since we had no exact arrival time. The good news is that the hotel provided us $30 for the taxi ride back. There was clearly a lack of communication from the staff (check in and check out).
- Sheets were not really clean. Drawers are a bit messy. Shampoo and soap might be a nice to have.
Heating didnt seem to work and had no joy with staff to solve this issue.
One set of keys for the group which were changed unannounced. Infact the work man arrived inside the apartment without our prior knowledge.Finally got a key fro the stairwell door. The intercom system didnt work either despite reporting this - inconvenient with only 1 set of keys.
Kitchen wasn't as well equipped as I'd like. No cookie sheets or
large pans. No soap in bathrooms.
We stayed 4 nights and there wasn't any change of towels which seemed a bit stingy. there was a great kitchen which has handy for breakfast however no tea towel in the kitchen and there was some rubbish in the rubbish bin from previous guests and empty beer bottles in the cupboard.
Location OK. No soap or other amenities.
