Everything. Really everything. I travel a lot and normally write reviews the hotels i go. It is true to say that all the staff was very helpful gentle and polite but a very special thanks goes to jacinto extremely caring helpful and totally smart member of te staff. Every hotel should have a jacinto in his stuff for sure. The staff was more than accomodating and were so friendly... and though I had a guest or two that had a little too much to drink Haciento was very patient and understanding was polite in addressing me and my guests. I would definately stay here again.
all reviews » Relaxed, exemplary staff and accommodations and facilities. I was Lucike Ball's grandchildren's physician/stayed in Lucille Ball Suite here (for the second time). Over all the staff was super welcoming and my room was surprisingly big...was not expecting it to be so spacious... Location was awesome, walked to bars and clubs. No need to drive anywhere in West Hollywood. The location at the heart of Weho The heated pool in the garden is wonderful Nice staff. Just a great location and cute property. Just about everything. Location is the best. Staff was friendly. Great location and great environment. The other guests staying there really made the experience great. Customer Service was excellent as well. A position is good !. I guess almost all hotels provide wifi this is the only thing i missed in san vicente inn. not one thing!. I could only enjoy "Paradise" but two nights. Wish my room door ha a screen cause the window was over looking the pool...there was late night swimmers was good eye candy but I had an early day and the room got a lil stuffy...it's my lil quirk to have fresh air in my room but over all great room. Parking. Rooms are clean but need refurbishment Maid service skipped one day Soap and shampoo provided only on 1st day - glasses provided only on 3rd day. Shudders need fixing/replacing & sliding mirror doors need fixing. Some things in room needed repair. The room was in very poor condition upon check in. There was a long crack in the wall above the shower which appeared full of mold. The cabinets were very dusty, the bed was very old and stained. The room advertized a table and two chairs but there was only one chair and no table, the chair appeared to have been brought in from the patio. I expected a cleaner more comfortable environment for a $500 two night stay. Impossible to sleep , in the swimming pool ,have party all the night , when I complain with the staff . Nothing happen, it' s normal apparently. The frequence only gays mens.
