Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much. The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! For example, small things like; I asked for cigarettes and they only sold Marlboro at the hotel but they offered to get the brand I wanted and brought it to my room in 15mins with no extra char.

A special thanks to Ms. Monia Aouichi, the Duty Manager for her great welcome and services and best farewell. Everything was almost perfect from welcoming at the main gate untill checking out. Staff were very nice and everybody wants to help you. The room was very neat and clean, and although the hotel was almost full, it was very much quite in the room. The hotel location is very good. It is 15 minutes driving to anywhere in dubai, however it is away from public transportation and live places in dubai. Honestly, this is the best five stars hotel I have stayed in. I stayed in many famous brands five stars hotel, and this was the best indeed. They have an amazing design especially the bathroom. We rent a car by the concierge. Rent-a-Car company was local with only one staff, the model was older than it was promised. Reception staff were limited and therefore busy most of the time. Process time was a bit longer than usual. Beds were a bit stiff. Nothing at all i want them to continue with the level of service and rate :). couple of goof ups... including room service where they take orders ...deliver something else .. bill something else.. plus ... bed sheet was torn .. we brought it to their notice .. - Blue-light on room switches was too bright at night - Breakfast menu very limited and the same everyday, but good. Nothing at all!. The breakfast quality is good but can be much better to be a 5 star level. As a 5 star hotel, there wasn't an iron available in the room and if you asked for one, it will take more than 2 hours to be provided for you. Yet, I didn’t get it at all. Also, the Breakfast price per person is very high. I loved everything about the hotel. No taxis. Concierge staff was pushing private limousines. Restaurant staff promoting a bit too strongly. Remote location in new area with construction. لاشي. Access and external signange could be improved. The area is still developing so lots of building sites in the area;so not very scenic like the Jumeriah beach area of Dubai. What I didnt like was taken care of. Breakfast should be included in the stay. Nothing. Still new and no taxis know where is the hotel located. You need to wait long time if you need a taxi. Hotel has just open and they still need to improve the lunch buffet and also introduce a dinnar buffet. Business bay area not yet completed with many construction sites around hotel. They charge a gratuity, which added with the taxes can work out expensive. the location was a problem for taxis, most did not know how to get there we had trouble finding the hotel even when gave the taxi the key with the map behind it. breakfast. No free wifi and loby not that big. Lack of F&B variety Small size of cupboard/changing room. Cab driver does not know the location of hotel.
