Great apartment, larger than expected. View from balcony was fantastic - Burj Khalifa. staff were friendly and helpful offering advice on locations to visit etc house keeping were fast. good location for shopping, tourism and site seeing and not far from the metro which only cost £3 for a day pass on all lines! *visit old dubai and new to experience the differences of both parts . . Burj Khalifa - good to go to top in evening to see water fountain show and night lights . .but will go in the day.
all reviews » Staying at the City premiere hotel apartments was an excellent choice. This was our second time actually. We loved the hotel. The room was spacious. Our kid enjoyed the roomy space. The design of the apartment was just what we had in mind.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Location is very good. Near to most of attractions we wanted to see. Also, there's a metro station nearby. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Tip: try the margarita pizza. Very delicious!. - warm hospitality from checking in till checking out. - Friendly staff who are willing to help you and being at your disposal. - ideal location (in the heart of sheikh Zayed Rd.) & five mins driving to the iconic Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall. - Very reasonable prices, especially for long vacation & ideal for families with children. - Apartment's size is very good as well as the furniture & the rest facilities. - Highly recommended. we liked that the rooms are pretty big and very clean the beds are very comfortable the food is amazing the room view to burj khalifa was beautiful specially that you can see the dubai mall fountain dancing all day and all night the swimming pool was very clean other than that we didnt get to use anything else to rate it it feels like a home and not just an apartment. The hotel location is excellent, You do not feel the traffic of Dubai.. Located right next to Burj Khalifa you get an excellent view. Even when you opt for the view of Skh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the appartment was really nice!! great that there was 2 toilets and as a whole the appartment was very spacious. Paid a little extra for the veiw of the Burj Khalifa and it was worth it, the pool was great although a few too many kids but overall couldnt fault the stay. The staff, the cleanliness ...lots of things are good about this place. I left my phone behind when checking out. They tried to call me.. When I got back to the hotel it had been put into a safe and I had to sign to receive it. So, makes you feel great to see such honesty and care. Also, next door are some great little supermarkets. 1)prime location 2)super market& pharmacy are next door 3)the food from the room service is exceptional I kept calling room service for sometime but never answer then I called the reception and the receptionist offered to go directly to the kitchen and call from there rarely you find such service (thanks kawther. Very nice apartments and those with a view of the Burj and fountains are great. There is a very well equipped gym and decent pool area which gets plenty of sun until mid afternoon (maybe later in summer). The location is great and there is a good free shuttle service to the mall and the beach. Location is great and it is next to Business Bay Metro station. 4 min away with taxi from burj khalifa. Less than one minute walk you can reach supermarket plus pharmacy plus gents salon, the hotel rooms are really large and my children enjoy the oversize space of the apartment and the view of the apartment, best think is that there was tv in each room plus the living room. Everything! This hotel is perfectly situated close to the metro and the main E11 road. We had wonderful views of the sea. Our suite was on 41st floor and we experienced little noise disturbance that some other reviewers had. We will be coming here again next year!. I liked the size of the room/apartment. The Seafood restruant was very good. The room service breakfast was good. The location was well suited and quite easy for access with everything you need within a short distance. Every thing was ok for me except they have a very clean room with a excellent view with kalifa tower and for other night they gave me a room with a bad smell room so it depend on reception mood. This is my fifth time in this hotel.. The staff were wonderful. I arrived early and the accommodated me and provided early check in.. The time before this, the upgraded me to a superior room.. i like the location it is v.good and there is a balcon the view is nice .. and the cars are available their for family excellent serves next time we will stay in city p apt thank u ... Nothing to not like. - House keeping service needs improvement. the floor was hardwood and ceramic which made the rooms more cold therefore take socks before you go regular city cabs arent available but other cars were. No free Cable TV, like Showtime which is a basic in all hotels these days.. The LCD TVs were exremely small.. The maid room had no bed in it. Some noise from the airco of the buildings in the back. The kitchen could be better equipped. Nothing that annoying, actually. I couldn't find anything to fault with this place. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but it was certainly adequate...we just needed to wsh up regularly!. Lobby area. Small and not comfortable to sit or relax for little bit. Internet speed not that great. I stayed at the 38th floor, the balcony was not clean at all as well as the windows. Metro station is around 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Only my ears popping when we used the lift to get to 41st floor...nothing the hotel can do about it though. Otherwise absolutely no complaints!. The breakfast buffet. they deduct extra money from the credit card. The reception and room services who clean the rooms they need to be improve more. What's not to like? The hotel is 'dry' but you can take your own drinks, purchase at Duty Free arrivals. Didn't found any good tv channels in english except news. General maintenance of apartments was poor. When we checked in, we had to call housekeeping because lamp globes were missing, or not functional, toilet was leaking, microwave was not working, and washing line mechanism was broken. Hotel restaurant was apalling, to say the least. Breakfast was dismal, and waiters were rude. We waited an hour for a pizza!!!. curtains didn't work very well, sun light still went through them which woke me up very early in the morning. the shower was barely acceptable, but i presume that was water being to expensive in dubai. Nothing bad to say!. 1- Reciption or house keeping does not answer any call, they kept it intentionaly busy!!!. You need to go down to Reciption for any service you might need. 2- I had to cancel my breakfast since the variety is limited and it does not worth the money compare to other hotels. But they were profisional when they knew my comments.... That was positive and Good .... Room service a bit slow. The room smell was bad, cleaning of the apartment was not good, Room service:Very bad service + low quality food. Breakfast was not as expected, very small restaurant and the options were few. Coffee was good :D. This time there was a stale smell from humidity but other than that everything was wonderfull. Well, the water in the toilet was an issue. it's hot all the times. Also, the swimming pool was not so clean. 1- swimming pool is on the roof other car parking tower. Our room was non smoking but once we got out from the elevator smoking smell is every were. Prices of breakfast buffet and la carte menu is very high. There was nothing we did not like. The white cabs have very strong perfume , not very good for sensitive customers. Bathrooms need to be fixed. Nothing really. It was quite good. Housekeeping comes only every other day . Billboy takes long time to attend to your bags . Some have B/F included others dont though same price!. I booked a burj khalifa view and paid extra but on arrival they didn't gave us the view room, after speaking with the manager for 15-20 min, he finally got us a room with a view. Parking area is not good. There is no mini bar so we had to order soft drinks. The staff were not very professional and not very helpful.
