This luxurious hotels customer service is simply a breath of fresh air in this busy world. From the minute you arrive and till you depart you know that you have had an experience in one of the finest hotels you will cherish. everythings are arranged in good way from security, foods, cleaning and dealing. they have good open buffet for breakfast, launch and dinner and you can choose from 4 different kitchens ( Arabic, asian, Thai, china). I would advise anyone who wants comfort and outstanding service and quiet to try this hotel. The Rooms are spacious and of high quality interior design and decoration. The toilet bidet size is small and not at all comfortable when sitting on it. The toilet has no water flexible hose for use as an alternative to the bidet which is an essential aspect in the middle east living culture. Lovely aroma and scent as you enter the hotel. I stayed in many five star hotels in the world but this one definitely gives you the indication of class and elegance as you step in. Excellent service and warm welcome at all times. Hotel is close to shopping and other attractions. The rooms, especially the bathroom are top-end. The architects and designers did a great job, you can walk inside and around the hotel and take pictures for a couple of hours. The staff is very friendly, but not obtrusive. The variety of restaurants within the hotel is great. I absolutely adored the staff who were helpful at all times to our every need. We were there for our One Year Anniversary and they took it upon themselves to upgrade us to a beautiful suite at the same rate. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone!. The outdoor pool and area was amazing! Great to have a pool big enough to swim in. And lovely area around for lounging beside or away from the pool, grass, bar, restaurant . . . Perfect! The Marriott Rewards was the most easiest loyalty program that i had ever joined in my life. The concierge staff and the staff at the top floor restaurant, The Vault, were outstanding. The room was comfortable , clean and good size . The bathroom as well was of a good size.. It has neither a distinguished garden or beach to relax and enjoy. The hotel landscaping and swimming pool area design is of very normal standard. It lacks the exquisiteness considering the name given to the JW Marriott Hotel as Marquise. The lobby is of normal plain design. The side costs are generally on the high side (...well, this is Dubai!), but internet (100.- AED per day) goes definitively over board and the public free wifi zone does not include all restaurants / bars. The location is not ideal, you need a car or commute by taxi to get around. Honestly can't think of a thing. - Delay in check-in and luggage delivery, but hotel was busy during the check-in. Surprised by the fact there was no free internet. so far nothing. This was not so much a dislike more a suggestion that it would have been helpful to have some information about using the Eco lighting system in the room. The hotel spa is still under construction ,i was surprise that they told me that the jaquzi is not free,never find it before in any hotel. The shuttle bus drivers were miserable and it took all their time to say anything, complete opposite to the hotel staff. Swimming pool should be larger. Price of Breakfast!. The reception staff did not ask we want smoking or non smoking room or what is our bed preferences. Simply gave us a room. Reception staff need improvement. Minibar contains no alcohol. The rates for restaurants is bit higher than usual 5* hotels. The hotel doesn't have a night club.only club is vip room and owned by private not the hotel. nothing. Not explaining enough about the executive suite & hotel facilities being there 4 the first time. No close walking attractions, you always need the car/taxi. Lifts are little bet busy although the hotel is not full. - Very high tech for my liking, you can only turn on/off lights using a small touch screen - Room sometimes smells of BBQ! I dunno how and why - Elevators take forever to reach you. Nothing worth mentioning. No free wifi in the room, and many breakfast restaurants, its not clear in wich one is the breakfast included package. I have paid extra for the breakfasts i had knowing that i have paid a package with a breakfast included!. Just if the lobby had more sofas like the other 5 star hotel it would be perfect. It was busy days so the elevators take some time to get to you. Up front, high charge on the credit card above & beyond just the room rate. only thing need to be work on it is the valley parking so slow. No complementary wi fi in the rooms. The service was very very slow specially room service, we ordered simple breakfast and it took them almost 2 hours to deliver it Each room got a very nice balcony but it is not allowed to access then due to some safety rule!!! Then why do they have it in the first place!!. No free Wifi, which seems to be the norm in Dubai. Quite disappointing!. very expensive WiFi, awkward location off of Sheikh Zied Road. I contacted the hotel for a surprise birthday cake and they agreed to do it I even got an email confirmation. Upon check-in, I confirmed it once again and they agreed to get it at 5pm, I kept on calling the reception several times but with no response. They either tell me they're getting the cake in 5 minutes or they just forget all about it. The manager did not even bother to call & apologize for such a behavior, I honestly expected more!. Long queue for Valet parking. The valet service at the main entrance is constantly very busy. It took up to 15 minuets of waiting outside until the valet was able to retrieve our car for us. Food taste not as expected at room service No pre norice for cleaning outside windows...i was suprised while sleeping at 10am by two guys hanged outside my window hitting it and wiping....with no respect of privacy or convenient. No free Wifi. Really I don't like the car value because it is take a very very very long time to bring the car So I hope to fix this problem. All good. executive package breakfast could have been better, choice of eggs bread etc. otherwise great service, pool side restaurant is very dark, some candles, more lights would be great. The service was too slow .. example I have asked someone to come to my room to collect my dress which needed to be steamed , and it took almost 45 minutes for someone to come and I had to call at least 3 times to remind the reception. Which was disappointing abit..
