The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, available - in short excellent. They secured my luggage without charge, after I had booked out, until my late pick-up, They trusted my word that I not used the contents of my room 'fridge - I hadn'T. The complimentary toiletries were appreciated. A nice stay. Thank You. Brendan. Very friendly frontline staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.
all reviews » The hotel is clean and furnuture is new, cameras are everywhere, big room and clean toilet. The staff were very nice & moved my booking to the next night free of charge although the booking was not to be amended or canceled free of charge, it was a very nice gesture on their side. As usual the location is perfect for my business. Location,close to airport and transport links via local metro which runs past front of hotel. Rooms have been upgraded to a good standard, bars and food are very good. Ive stayed here many times and it caters for all my needs. It is advertised as 2.5 miles fm the airport but located at the back end of the runway and hard to get there during rush hour. Close to the airport, helpful staff, comfortable bed, the gym is fairly well equipped, it's cheap... This hotel targets mainly at the Indian and Pakistani clientele, which was fine with me (Canadian). Obviously, the price is a very good bargain. For me the location is perfect & it's 5 minutes walk from Al Qusais Metro station ( Also near the Airport ). Friendly & flexible staff. Clean. The service was really very good. It is very nearer to Green Line Metro and Airport. There is a Sunrise Super Market in walk-able distance and near that there is a good restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located right between 2 metro stations. The Bus stop is right in-front of the hotel. There was no problem getting a taxi. Overall it was a good experience. Hotel was good and stay comfortable. Staff responded to needs fast. Restaurants were excellent. Things were simple and need-based. Rooms were quiet and cozy. The location worked well for me. Proximity to the Airport Free Zone Metro adds value and Acess to shoping malls, grocery shops and restaurants is great. In a certain period, cleaning in the hotel was not as well,,,But when I was there in 30 of june, there was a tangible change. It was so clean. I Like a pleasant stay in your hotel. The staff and the front office was really an example of an excellent behaviour to the customer. I liked the comfort and clean rooms and it worth the money. It was near the airport easy to arrive your departure hall in 10 minutes. The morning shift staff at the reception tried to double charge us and said the booking was not paid; he was wrong & the matter was resolved but it was a hassle. No dislikes. WiFi is way too expensive at aed20 per hour & is only available in the business center!!it should be available in the rooms & included in the price like other Hotels. The a/c keeps changing temperature on it's own. Equipments at the Fitness Center are a disaster, but this is to be expected like many other Hotels. Swimming pool is very small. The first room I got had no windows, the staff was courteous enough to change it after a while. There is a building being constructed right next to hotel, so if you get a room at that side its going to be noisy. You will mostly get south Indian food. I thought I booked for 7 days at the rate you quoted. But the hotel gave me room for one day only for your rate and rest of the days they charged 100 Dhr more for each day. This was not expected. Can you arrange to refund that money? Also I thought I had the room with breakfast booked, but they didn't honor that also. So I had to pay extra for BF. The room was not cleaned daily outside changing the beddings and replenishing the toiletories. I stayed in this hoel for 6 or 7 times in 1 year. I failed to get the free net for the last 4 times and I failed to have a ride to the port by the hotel bus. I hope the management look again to those 2 points. The staff at the reception..i have to wait for 30mins just to submit my id..Unfortunately i forgot my id so i Informed them that i can send it by email.I said i can have the key and will go up and send them by email and he refused to accept it and insisted me to stand at the reception desk and send it the same time,though this was my fourth trip to the same hotel. to reache the malls u have to drive to the closest on for 15 min becouse of the locaition. WiFi is way too expensive at AED20 per hour. The bathroom especially shower needs modernising. Bathroom could have been cleaner and had a funny odour. Was sorted out by housekeeping on request. English bar gents washrooms... very dirty. No shuttle available to and from the airport. Only South Indian menu for lunch other al carte items does not taste good Parking at basement need to improve. access to the car park was horrible.. Very near to the airport, but far from city centre. They ask you to leave your PASSPORT at reception desk during all of your stay as "measure of safety". I found this ABSURD (since it is a document that a foreigner should hold at all times) and refused to comply. Front desk personnel unwillingly accepted and gave me back. Internet is way too expensive & is only available in the Business center. needs to add some kids channels on television. The price of food stuffs are very high.. Quality of toiletries was just satisfactory. Toilets need improvement. None that I know of. Food in room service is very expensive. Nothing in particular. parking. wireless should be free. its all about fine. Darkish. Sound proof room, but still much noice from door, If some one close the neighbour room, my room door was making sound.
