all reviews » Hotel has 5 star finish and very professional staff. Unfortunately I arrived late and checked out early so I did not use all facilities but it looked good. The breakfast was good and overall it's value for money. We stayed in an Executive Suite for our wedding and it was excellent value for money. My family also stayed as we live in Dubai in Al Qusais. I would definitely book again if a large number of my family came. The rooms were very spacious, bed & pillows so comfortable & lovely bathroom. Excellent choice at breakfast. Very friendly staff. Pool & leisure facilities impressive. Hotel spotlessly clean. The hotel is really good and the staff are really so nice and helpfull. I stongly recommend this hotel, although it is quite far from the city, but there is a mrt you can use to go anywhere in dubai. Cleanliness, ample bedsize for twin beds, pool facilities, breakfast variety and taste. Two good indian hotels right in front of the Hotel ( Sageetha bhavan, Chicken Kebab..). Close to airport. This is my 2nd time at the hotel, over all is is good. good room layout and facilities. Everything was good enough. The location is not ideal for shopping. This is a dry hotel. I don't feel this was noted properly on the letsbookhotel.com website. Although it was not a major issue, we were unaware that the hotel was dry and had no bar. I think this should be more clearly stated on website. Extra hidden charges!. nothing basically. internet net facilities quite expensive but considerable according to locals. staff still asked for card even though it was all prepaid. a bit of trust in future will be good. air conditioning was a bit poor but didn't bother me as i hate rooms too cold. but others should please check before unpacking. Internet prices are very high, and more importantly, reception management is not professional. I can't find a single thing. The parking shud be access card controlled and not manned! No one at the reception acknowledge my request for late check out. Location, not close to anything to walk to. We had a car so no worries. The internet was 90 AED for 24 hours, that is a little over priced. The location was near the airport, but next to nothing else!. Paid internet service (not acceptable anymore in this day and age), if you are staying for a number of days and plan to visit the city's highlight it will be at least 15 minutes to reach the Deira/Bur Dubai area by Metro. The hotel is a bit out of town even though it is at 5 minutes walk from the Dubai Airport Free Zone. The internet is chargeable 90 aed per day which is expensive and should be free. the added cost of wifi and breakfast. A pity the spa and the valet parking were not staffed during Ramadan. Location is a little off and hotel should have complimentary WiFi as is common in many parts of the world. about ten minute walk to the meto, 20 minutes into town. none.. Had to pay for ice. No parking servises and the reception make me waiting for 15 min till she found my reservation. Wifi non included. Check in no really fast even file completed. There is no Alcohol served in the hotel. No Bar so what young couple will do. Only one things that is the Internet is very very slowly.. Nothing in particular. Far from the city but if you have car will be okay. food at the restaurant need to be enhanced. The prices is going up for nothing. Nothing. لا يوجد. Lack of coordination between staff: I requested late check out on the phone and it was granted. Later someone calls my wife whilst im out and tells her we will be charged extra if we checked out late! Indeed I spoke to the duty manager and I told him to replay and listen to the call I made for my request, and when he did, he started lying! But then I was granted my late check out. Location was a bit far from the main attractions. Biggest thing was the wifi was a big ripe off, nowadays free wifi at most hotels expect this one. - I didnt realize the hotel was so far of from everything downtown. - Wifi was expensive. the location far away from the sheikh zaied steet and the big malls. The water purser is weak, there is no hot water, (warm water only, for me it's like cold) somtimes there is a miss communication between the restorant and the reception, and the prices is going up for nothing. very poor at internet facilities. The Internet isn't free. It's 21st century and I believe it should be free atleast in reception. I got free connection for 1 hr at lobby. Our room was okay but there was a typical smell in the restroom. AC wasn't that great too. If you don't have a car you are kind of far from real Dubai.
