They should us different roomsand gave us different options when we were not satisfied with theoriginal choice. new, clean, on the main road through Al Ain as it was a touch down stop for 1 night to break a journey.Facilities as swimming pool and sowna. cleanliness. Cleanliness. Car parking was great, close to City center. The room size; cleanliness and comfort. The roof top pool.room space. i like the evrything.the new furneture. Easy to find. Nothing! I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel that was so bad. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels...very over-rated and over-priced. the food was good. i liked the pasta especially. the biryani (mutton) was bland. it did not have the indian taste.There was no massage centre. It is convenience if you have it in house. The AC in the suite was too strong.Some noise control needed. The in room mini bar was not restocked on a daily basis only a small point though. The room service was very bad. I reseved a suite which was advertised to be for 2 adults and 2 kidswith 2 full size beds. When we got there, the room had one king size bedwhich was not enough for us. We had to pay for an extra bedding to beadded to the room.The cafe in atrium was very loud even within the room until about 11pm and with young children this was not ideal. complementry items was available for one night only though I booked 2 nights. staff not trained and if you comlaining they not take serios issue we are pay money to stay and enjoing not free. There were no dishes available although it had a kitchenette. There were a very restricted amount of channels to watch on tv (esp in eng). were not given sufficient number of towels for two rooms for both the nights that we stayed.At morning you'll be awaken by construction tools and equipment irritatingsound due to hotel room renovation work of the hotel and we are notinform prior to our check-in. The staff's ability to communicate; extra service e.g. service at swimming pool; FandB outlet. There was no in room internet as advertised and it was not possible to get a wireless inernet signal in he lobby as the staff sugested there was. There were also a number of very noisy paties being held. It is not a suitable hotel for a business trip. no internet connectivity. they didn`t guide us well to hotel when we reach to city so we wasted more than a hour to find hotel. The staff are poorly trained to deal with customer requests and difficulties.the receptionist was very bad and not helpfull at all. Quality of food very poor. General services poor. Over priced compared to others. Not our usual 4* quality. Room cleaned at 7pm in the evening! We spentmost of our time ( and money) in other local hotels. Staff unable to provide directions to the airport.We booked two rooms, one for us and one for our friends. Our friends had the pleasure of sleeping next to a construction site where they had to endure drilling, banging, nailing against their wall from 7am. Our room was filled with toxic paint fumes that was coming thru our air-con from across the hall where they had used spray laquer on the doors. Staff did not care about this. we had requested a juniour suite which has a lounge with a bedroom in the room. the room we got just had one bed and tv table. one bed side table, no coffee table. a room make up had been requested at 7pm the room was not done up even until we came back at 12 midnight. im suprised the the hotel does not even have sparkling water and icecream. i feel cheated. we shall never visit this hotel.
