Staff were superb I would really like to thank them my wife was very happy with there services. spacious room and bath. Location only. Just iron was not there if theu would keep it it would bw excellent. no enough towel. room service dosn't pick up the phone. We payed to much for staying there. No restaurants at the hotel and the coffee shop was poor. We did have towels or toilet paper when we got to the room and they did not clean the room next day. We stayed two nights but next we will stay in a mercure or hilton, paying just a little more and knowing that onw gets more for his money.
