Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board basis.Location is just next to Ferrari world which deserve to spend a lovely day in it ,it is 10 min Drive from Abu Dhabi airport.

Wonderful hotel , Magnificent food ,Superclean and very nice facilities.great quite location. The staff at the Yas Rotana are wonderful. They remember your name and always go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Last visit, I got horribly turned around about my bill. The patience and grace of the reception folk was amazing. being there for 2 weeks, you get to know staff and they make your stay warm and friendly. The facilities were excellent and the whole Yas Island complex is great. Food and facilities were top class as well. The hotel is very good and the location is perfect if you want to go to the yas waterworld, Ferrari park and the marina circuit all are just few minutes of distance . Pleasant hotel with excellent staff. An ideal out of town location but close enough to Abu Dhabi for day visit. Quiet location and relaxing when outside F1 period. I like the services and how was the room clean and tidy. The restaurant is great with vary kinds of food. The y Bar was a better place for friends gathering. The price was super affrodable as we visited the place on Ramadan, the staff at the reception desk was overloaded but still remained friendly, free WiFi. It was really good value for money. We booked a Club Room and got lots of added benefits. Our room was nice and large and the hotel was very clean. the staff were very good, nothing was to much trouble for them. breakfast was lovely. if i am this way again I would be staying in this hotel. although check in was at 3 pm they managed to get us a room by 10 am, and when we asked for a late check-out it was no problem. When I first come to the hotel, the receptionist replied me with impolitely way that the hotel is fully booked, so I left the hotel and came back again in 2 mins with a booking # via letsbookhotel.com. I don't know what to call this behavior, I guess the management better does. Short of staff at the reception desk- delays check in/out. My Mom's room was checked(the mini bar) in the morning few hours before check out-didnt feel nice about it. personally i thought the price in the resturants was a bit stiff.i had to remind myself that everything is imported. Nothing. Room service food wasn't very good, breakfast was disappointing. Cost of food :-( No (good) malls nearby :-). Take care, the hotel is away from the city centre by almost half an hour drive. The hotel was too busy (bank holiday), perhaps I didn't pick the best time to go. I'm sure I'd have enjoyed it more if it was not that busy. One of the SPA staff was not pleasant to deal with, although all the others were just fine. -only 1 shuttle from downtown A.D. back to the Hotel, at 14.00. There is not too much to complain about, just one thing, the rooms are not sound proof. My wife and myself heard every areoplane and the practices going on at the Yas F1 track. far from any super market. The buffet restaurant is not intimate enough. my late check in and room card reprogramming. The buffet area is badly designed. There is lack of intimacy. The room service call center is poor. The gentleman does not speak proper English and is impossible to understand. This hotel attracts mainly international customers so staff must speak audible English. Did not find my booking. Even though I had a confirmation booking from letsbookhotel.com. Over 20 mins. Just to check in. Thats just unprofessional for this grade of hotel. Low facilities and no cafee. No balcony in our room but was fantastic otherwise. Staff kept knocking the door to askif evrything is ok or not while i was asleep. since the hotel is away from city therefore not much options of eating out except for hotel restaurants which costs quite a lot if you have a family of 5. elevator access to parking basement was cordened off. Blue Grill was very disappointing - over an hour waited fir the food, mistakes with the order. Our waitress was lovely though. Music from y Bar was very loud and could be heard until 2am in our 2nd floor room. The check-in process is STUPID. There should be a queue with ropes etc... No, they put a Young lady who register your name and make you sit. She is often distracted that people try to pass in front of others. This is a nonsense. No transportation to Du Arena. The entire hotel was booked with concert goers, but we had to find our own way to the arena and back. Thankfully it's walking distance (appox 20 min.). no Shower box. Bad Smell for the smoking at the Entrance and the checkout time They only give 21 Hr's not 24 Hr's. No curtains on the bath tube, The check-in process toke long time. Proximity to int'l airport (noise from landing and taking off aircraft), especially during the night can be bothering One morning had to wait 20 mins to get seated for breakfast, as the restaurant was full. I faced a more than 5 hours delay in chech in process for my room caused by lack of management as I believe. Breakfast moved to the Indian restuarant from Choices..too cramped !. Queue for breakfast was poor, had to skip breakfast due to the wait. Staff were very sympathetic and very helpful. Toiletries should be more ie tooth brush etc. Long queues at check in because the passport scanner copier machines were out of action!. Food&drink expensive.suggest discount for tourists like myself on 2 week vacations.
