The place is great, very clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the breakfast (lots of choices) (I love the egg station) xx Nice pool area comes with (Relaxation pool for 18 and above) if you want some peace and quiet. there is also a SPA. We really had fun staying at this hotel and will definitely recommend this to travellers and people from other emirates who wish to relax and unwind. The location is near the areas of (Yas Circuit, Ferrari World, Waterworld). .
all reviews » Almost everything, except the distance to the city centre, but that's what makes the positive attributes possible. I especially appreciated the front desk and resaurant service -- transparent, prompt and respectful. The terrace and view over the golf course to the sea was a great relief after days in a windowless meeting room at another hotel. The room was surprisingly quiet given a 2nd floor location directly over the pool deck -- and so close to the airport. Food was good quality and normally. We booked a one bedroom suite which includes access to the club lounge with free drinks and snacks all day and 2 hours of free flowing beverages between 6-8pm. Loved the fact there is an adult only section of the pool to relax in. Italian restaurant had lovely food. Also booked a massage in the spa which was wonderful. It was great value for money for a relaxing weekend break and good location for Yas island activities. The price, the fantastic quality for the price (excellent value for money), the location, the comfort of the room after a long night out with Metallica, the lady at check-in (she upgraded us to a business class room and she was extremely friendly) and finally the good breakfast. The hotel was supurb. Excellent staff, Great room with an amazing view, Room cleaned everyday with fresh bed linen and towels, the staff in the hotel where always there to help, pool area and cabanas are very well maintained and an added extra to the holiday. If you are staying here, make sure you book a Golf Course View as the view over the GC and mangroves is beautiful. We stayed in a Business Class Room on the Top floor and our balcony had Sun most of the day and a great sun set as well. Exceptional service Friendly staff Accessible for activities - not too far from city etc. Great restaurants at hotel and nearby hotels (Yas Viceroy - F1 Circuit) Rooms were clean, modern and well furnished. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank the night manager for helping us to get our preferred room and the spa people who gave us amazing massages. Pool area was lovely and created a nice relaxed atmosphere. Hotel close to Abu Dhabi airport and lots of things to do on Yas Island. Would recommend. Free wifi was also useful. It was a pleasant Nt easy and convenient experience.staff were helpful. Friendly and accommodating staff. We requested a late check out and we were granted so stayed by the pool bar and had lunch. I loved the location. Went with my son so he could enjoy Ferrari World. Shopping locations were also close enough for me. This is the second time we have stayed and both times have found whole experience to br so relaxing and happy thank you. The room was comfortable and we had a perfect view. He wanted to charge us additional for the room after I've already settled the entire bill. I refused to pay it and after a few minutes of arguing he agreed to his mistake. that guests from the Park Inn hotel next door have access to cabanas and the pool area. i found some days alot of there guests took advantage of the perks of the raddison blu. but this did not change my overall opinion. already booked to return in october 2014. Pool area is a little small but still plenty of lounges available. lack of a communication/hotel pack about location, activities, bus timings, private beach access, clubs/winebars (Thur/Friday weekend) - things to do. When you only have a few days you need to know all of the local information the day you arrive so you can plan accordingly. We stayed at the bussiness lounge, everything was great except for some staff during our 2nd night who seems to be so tired and not willing to extend any help to us as we are just young couple maybe. Poor staff attitude in terms of welcoming guest, I understand that the lounge are busy in happy hour but they should ensure that all of their guests feels welcomed. We paid for business class, only to get an average service. Nothing. The swimming pool was not in use as under maintenance. I didn't enjoy the food this time around. Everything I ordered seemed to have a little too much salt. Breakfast was rather busy but it was probably the busiest time. The check-in process was a nightmare. Some signs of wear & tear are starting to show - loose pool tiles, dislodged pool ladders, tired bathroom... The coffee & milk were not always replenished after the daily cleaning, but otherwise not much to complain about. We are couple my package I book was a kingsize bed but I recieved a twin bed because we are exhausted from the trip coming from dubai I dont want to complained for transfering to another room. The number of parents who constantly broke the Hotel's rules by allowing their young children to play in the designated Over 18s only pool. They showed scant regard for obeying rules, ignored the lifeguards' repeated instructions and put the safety of their own children at risk. Noisy at night (planes), bech nor closed the hotel, long distance to city. Nothing particular that I did not like. The room service breakfast could have been of a better quality, presentation of the food could have been better. Inconvenient for guests who would want to walk to shops or entertainment places in the neighborhood of the hotels in this island. This island has hotels only. Dinner variety and quality not much good. Nothing. I was quiet surprised that my room didn't include breakfast and had to pay additional 220dhs on top of 700dhs for the room I had paid. No attendant in SPA. Location out side Abu Dhabi and away from any convenient store and Resturant and entertainment area. Right off your card is taken for aed 300 for the mini bar and if ordering room service. Much to my surprise, the mini bar is locked! If you want something from it you have to call to get it opened. I disagree with charging for something that is locked. Why not ask first if you want it unlocked, if you say no, then take less of a deposit. The tv wasn't working keeps restarting back to the first channel and the fact that no discounts were provided at the pool bar or wherever in the hotel as guests we should receive a small discount. The room cleaning could have been completed earlier,some days it was mid afternoon before completion. The late night bar - would be nice to be able to sit outside all night with a few friends for drinks after the concert. Too many taxes and lack of shuttle bus from the Airport to the Hotel and the surrounding Shopping Malls. Food is not their best service. I had to call for some complaints but they were taken care of instantly. We were seated just next to the kitchen door where the superior and staff keep on walking back & forth but our table was ignored to be cleared that forced us to keep the used plates on our next table. Poor lightening in the room. .it was very poor The location. .There is no nearby supermarket. breakfast could be better. Also, no restersaunts serve food after 11pm (only room service) - it would be nice to have some snacks at least outside the room past 1130pm. The hotel is remote and a long distance from the city. The AC was horrible requested maintenance 3 times and it would work for a few hours and stop. Being woken around 1230am by the cleaners in the room next door!.
