All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites! I did not have time to use the restaurant but the room service and pantry quality of food were excellent and portions plentiful! Also the complimentary bottles of water in the room every day were welcome.
all reviews » Location for my work at Airport. Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again. Great value hotel, very modern rooms and very comfortable if a little on the small side. Great view of Yas Circuit. Free beach pass was a great touch and free shuttle buses into Abu Dhabi a great idea. Nice pool and gym too although again both on the small side but well worth every penny, would stay again. Room is tidy, cozy and top notch compared with other budget friendly hotels. It has a spacious non dull walk in shower. They make good sandwiches at the deli and they make them to order if you ask them to. The hotel is is new, rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The restaurant offers a variety of healthy choices for all tastes. Staff is friendly, overall I was satisfied with the experience. Great location for Ferrari World & WaterWorld. But would take taxi as its to far to walk!! Great night life as next to all other Hotels as u can use there Bars & Restaurants. it's very nice hotel, staff very helpful and always smile. really nice place to stay in yas island, not for from airport so many places you can visit near by. This is the third time I have used Centro, and will happily go back again. GP2 cars testing from 9am til 9pm all 3 days I was there so no chance of a nice lie in. But obviously this is a rareity. I'm surprised that there aren't any major annoyances during my five night stay. That proves that the hotel is well managed. I hope that won't change by the time I stay there again. Rooms are a bit small. Room was small, outdoor pool was also too small. Noise from the Air traffic as its right under the flight path was loud. No idea why u would build Hotels right under the flight path is beyond me!!!. No issues. N/A. - The pool area is not big & it was hard for me to find a place & therefore i couldn't stay on the pool & enjoy swimming. - Empty mini bar as per the policy of the hotel. - Not much you can buy from the shop at the lobby. They didn't have iPhone 5 chargers so that was my only complaint ;(. Noisy room / not sound proof Limited food options/menu. Carpets need to be re done. They loo a little dirty!. Room was a bit small, although clean and comfortable. Perfectly fine for a short stay. There was nothing not to like . Breakfast buffet: They need to mix it up a little more, everyday is the exact same thing. I would like to see more selection with food service to order from rooms. The beds were to small. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and wanted to pay with our 50% check which we had received on arrival. The waitress told us we had to order food to use it and ordered a portion of fries. We told her that we were not going to eat it, she could have it. She refused and the fries were probably thrown away, what a waste and this was not speculated on the check. Strange system! Lack of bathroom amenities. nothing. A little more info about the beach could have been available. Possibly ability to buy concert tickets in the lobby. Ideal for stop over but no facilities ie shops near. staff coming into the room to try and clean in morning (around 8 30/9am) when my kids were still in bed. Room size Bathroom door allow people outside to see you when your are inside. No shade in the swimming pool, given the location of the hotel this would be a good idea. I could also hear my neighbours watching their TV. Nothing!. The ants by the poolside Check in was a bit of a muddle as we were a group booking and were split up as over booked the rooms. Small beds. Far from citycentre. The fact that there is no room service. noithing. There is no African dish. There was some construction noise in the next morning? Also the wall were a bit thin, I could hear the next room tap and shower.... i think the hotel can work on its concept and provide bell desk as it really got us on our nerves to carry our lugguages to the fifth floor. Slow Check in Process. Staff does not help with the taxis, and taxi drivers are not fully clear about the city,. no room service other than pizza etc room cleaning late. Expensive.
