The overall quality of the hotel, and the price!. Outstanding service - an wonderful experience. The comfort, the excellent staff and the decor. friendly staff and comfortable rooms. shopping, eating out, socialising. Lovely surroundings and comfort.the most comfortable bed ever!!!. standard of rooms and decor. The malmaison is a very clean, luxury hotel. I liked the fact that theroom was so quiet despite us overlooking the main road. We had acomfortable, undisturbed stay. Excellent!. The ambience and decor was right up our street. Very seductive for couples, the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy. Loved it and can't wait to stay there again.I loved the sultry decor, and the room was clean and gorgeous. Great helpfullstaff , great location , excellent room an view , withloads of extras thrown in. The decor of the rooms and hotel was gorgeous, facilities within the room were fantastic!. Close to amenities. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.comfortable hotel, good meal and drink. central location, good friendly staff.Good personnal attention from staff. friendly staff classy surroundings. Privacy and very gay friendly. The decor....Functionality. I liked the spacious room, and online facility, and the room service. It was also nice to have a CD/DVD player.Bar prices strong. Even for the centre of Manchester. the room was a little bit smaller than I'm used to when i stay at this hotel - but i was on an extremely good rate so I suppose compromises are made somewhere!. Very minor thing but I felt that the corridors were a little dull when compared to the very impressive bedroom and reception area. Room was small. havent got a bad word to say about hotel. Window coudnt be open but apart that it was perfect stay. Breakfast was not included in the rate. the only problem was car parking. No - it was all very good. We could have done with a few more supplies of milk and tea in the room but we could have asked for this if we'd had time. It's only a very minor point, but I did feel that in comparison with the high quality of everything else, that the room service menu was a bit uninteresting. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room was a little dusty. Thought the reception/bar area was too dim/dark in decor. bed was a bit hard and pillows too soft. the door man was nodding off as i arrived rather un professional but hey were only human. A bigger room would have been ideal. There was a shortage of coffee packs for use in the room. Someone had not checked the supply and there were empty packets in the storage box.
