myself and my partner adored the presentation of city inn hotel, manchester. we loved the fresh flowers within every area of hotel creating a warm and comforting welcome, the room was of excellent style and decor, the hospitality of the hotel staff; the warm and friendly helpfulness. we felt totally looked after and our stay was made so beautifully comfortable we will be returning asap. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were much better than i have experienced in most other hotels in Manchester. The free internet use was a nice, unexpected surprise and helped me plan my day ahead. The rooms were spotless and the check-in was simple and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the staff in the hotel were exceptional, pleasant and most helpful. The rooms were spotless. The hotel is in an ideal location, just opposite train station and just a short walk to main bus services. everything, staff were really excellent, room was first class although remote control for apple pc not working properly.Evening meal at bar at 930pm was very good.Ambience of hotel really cool.Great background music in bar, not your usual elevator music crap, just great chill out tunes.the staff was so friendly at the reception and if i had any questions they were more than happy to help. They also requested a taxi for us and we only waited a minute. It was easy to check in and out. friendly staff spotless room and excellent value for money the apple tv system and free internet was brilliant, breakfast was also first class hotel exceeded our expectation expectations in every way.Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was bright, clean and modern and it was in a great position in Manchester. Perfect for our shopping trip.
