We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified.
