Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Staff were very friendly and responsive when we called down with requests eg to ask for additional coffee sachets, help with operating the dryer). all reviews » Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday. The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine. I had difficulties with get. Great location, very near the busy Earl's Court underground station but still quiet street with lots of town house type hotels. Great variety of restaurants just within a few blocks. The room had good facilities to make your own tea, and even cook. It also had a washing machine, which surprisingly turn out to be very handy since there was a heatwawe during our stay. But bring some detergent of your own if you're planning to use the washing machine, there wasn't any on the spot. Very friendly s. The staff were friendly, they even upgraded my room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt like at home as it has a kitchen-sink, hob, microwave. Even better still, it had a washer/dryer machine. All the necessities was fully provided plus extras. Bed and pillows comfy facing the large LCD. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The apartment was in a very good location from the tube station. It was on the Picadilly line straight from Heathrow, get off at Earls Court and go straight down the street, about 5 mins. The apartment was compact but suited us alright. The beds and bathroom were fine. The small kitchen was good. The staff were very helpful. There is lots of shops and restaurants in the area around the tube station if you didn't want to go to far with a Marks and Spencer at the end of the street. Outstanding location. We were a Family of 4 - kids are 9 and 12 - and stayed in presidential suite. Would totally stay again. P.s. Loads of markets, wine stores and restaurants are righ around the corner too. Was east to stock up on wine, cheese, snacks. Actually ended up staying at Presidential Marylebone because of maintenance problem which was in a very central location and was much bigger and better than what we had paid for. We were moved very promptly via taxi to the new apartments and staff at both apartments could not have been more helpful. Wish we had had more time in the apartment to enjoy the facilities but had theatre and meal booked. Location is good, rooms are well equipped, warm and comfortable. Size of the room was really good, hotel is very close to metro station (Earls Court station, Piccadilly and District lines) and M&S Food market is just 300 meters away, as well as some useful shops and beer bar/restaurants. Internet connection is free and available in the rooms. The apartment was spacious and allowed our kids to spread out a bit! The kitchen meant breakfast and the occasional dinner could be eaten in our room. The apartment was in a great location (close to Earl's Court station, a supermarket and food stores). I was ill during my stay, but found the hotel to be peaceful and comfortable. The fact that the property is bang in the city centre with bus and tube stations very close by. A very nicely appointed modern apartment with everything you could possibly need, comfortable bed, great shower, and nice little outside space, rare to find in London. The location was excellent, on a beautiful street, minutes from the Earl's Court Station, near pubs. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean and modern. Two complaints. Firstly, the doors in the apartment did not have door-closer mechanism which meant they slammed very hard/loud every time they were closed. Secondly, we could hear the family on the upper floor walking around very loudly even into the late nights, although am not sure what can be done about this. Ventilation equipment was time to time quite noisy but ear blugs sorted it out during the night. The bed had a fluffy duvet, an alternative blanket would have been nice since it was so hot. I also missed a mirror on the wall, my streightener's lead couldn't reach the bathroom (which had no socket). Only thing - Apartment too warm. No English breakfast but they deliver yummy chocolate and regular croissants and toast, yogurt, fruit and juice - right to your room. Hardly a complaint to be had. Just super. Maybe "real" coffee vs instant would be nice but that's getting really nit picky... Nothing at all. Could not fault anything. There was no plug for the kitchen sink to wash dishes! The rooms were a bit warm and we couldn't turn the heating down. Everything was great - maybe an oven glove in the kitchen if I had to be really picky. A few of the basement rooms with windows opening onto common patio areas or near the cleaners' office are neither private nor quiet. Avoid these rooms. Wi-Fi signals not stable in the living area of the apartment I stayed. It was very hot in the room. Air conditioning wasn't very good, but we kept the windows open which worked. No complaints at all. Bathroom was a tad bit too small for our needs especially with kids. The room is smaller than expected. One of the windows cannot be locked. Nothing! Everything was great. Just a little thing but it would be great to have printed operating instructions for safe and combined washer/dryer. Bed was a little hard. 1 room had a small corridor between bedroom bathroom and living room. Nothing. Slippery bathtub with no handle to hold when getting out. Please add some hangers in the bathroom. Not enough for 2-3 persons. The only electric socket we could find was at the kitchenette. The only one for toster, hairdryer, mobile phone and kettle. Still it was not a real problem, just advice to improve. We had no problems and staff were very helpful. Only downside was that sofa end was quite hard and mattress seemed a bit thin - but it was a sofa end after all. Nothing. Your washing machines are rubbish. 2Nd time we have been .washing machine door problem. Need simple machines that switch on and off with ease. With kids you need to be able to wash clothes. Came home with 3 loads of washing.3rd time lucky next year the machine will work.we just unlucky I think. There is only a simple soap provided. No shower gel/shampoo and etc. And it's bit dangerous to get in to the bathtub for shower. The system is not good every time there was water leaking out near the toilet. And we are both quite slim but I am sure for many people it will be almost not possible to get in. The double bed is actually 2 not-very comfortable single mattresses. Not recommended for couple cause you always feel the big gap between 2 mattresses. The electrical system is a bit confusing to use at first (on/off outlets, dimmers, hidden switches, etc.)The sofa beds were a little uncomfortable. May be slightly pricey for the backpackers and the student visitors among us but I'd say it is worth the pay especially if you are coming in groups. The receptionist on arrival was somewhat officious. The unknown staircase to the basement room.where the lift doesn't reach. The extra mattress (disguised as a chair) is positioned next to the bed so there is no bedside table or light to one side. The plugs underneath the wallcupboards are difficult to locate initially and get hot as they are next to strip lighting. You could sometimes hear doors closing from other rooms, but it wasn't bad enough to stop us booking in future. The pull out single bed in the living room had a ridge that made it a little uncomfortable - just because of it's design. Nothing. Nothing its a great place to stay. Nothing. nothing. Zero. This was a very good experience. It's not cheap for what you get, (350 pounds sterling for 3 nights, although not expensive for London either), but there was nothing missing or lacking. Odd to go somewhere where you have no complaints but that was the case at the pk. The hall on my floor looked a bit shabby and had cleaning items in it most of the day during the four days I was there. The extra bed - sofa was not very comfortable. Bathroom door handle fell off, perfect other than that. The room for three was quite small. The bathroom had no outlets nor any shelves to store items.There were no dressers to put clothes in. The night receptionist did not even say hello when we returned for the evening.
