The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel. The rooms, the restaurant and the bar are wonderful and everything is really clean. The general manager of the hotel is like 24 /7 present helping guests with whatever issues they may have while staying in London.
