Very friendly staff! Typical English style. Home away from home feel. Superb location in the heart of Mayfair. Harrods, Oxford street, Picadilly circus,... are all within easy walking distance. Great value for money. The welcome was exceptionally warm and professional - I often stay in top hotels and I can say that this hotel ranks high - it was quintessentially English, which I enjoy!.

Pricing - room rate, and food/drink costs are high.Our rate, according to your website info, was said to include a welcome champagne in the room. This did not materialise. This has happened before with another booking we made through you ( different hotel). Please repair the noisy air con system...or let the windows open. I asked for a non-smoking room-but was upgraded to a smoking suite-which was most unpleasant. Really I should have refused the room.
