Conveniently located to tube station. location and bed. location. Staff made effort, over and above that which was necessary, to ensure that all my needs were met. This included finding me a room at 11am so that I could prepare for a meeting.Great thing was we requested an adjoining room and they accomodated us no problem. They were also very kind as it was two of the girls birthdays in our party and they sent up a comp bottle of champagne with a card and made us feel very welcome would stay there again great location.

Room was warm [no A/C], and some how noisy from the surroundings and its location [adjacent to staff room].Bathroom (floor and shower) was not cleaned properly if cleaned at all. Bathroom is quite small and the appliances are quite old. The shower curtain had rust stains. I'd rate thishotel as a 3 de lux stars one. Having to get into the bath for a shower only singles have showersnot a critic just remark it was not clearly stated I have problemswith my legs. Hotel was great other than there was no aircon just a fan in the room..also the single room had a shower cubicle which was about 12" square....in any event good value for money. Room was rather compact but comfortable. Doesnt look like a hilton room- tiny and plain. No minibar. Requested twin room which we did not get. Noisry room facing street.Ordered room service - came but with no cutlery we called for it, neverarrived and our drinks order never arrived eithert. Air condidtioning noisey. Air conditioning made room noisey so had a bad nights sleep!. In our first room we had difficulty with the electricity but we were moved to a better roomand enjoyed the rest of our 14 day stay.waiting until 3pm for check-in was ridiculous. the room and bathroom were too hot, and because it was necessary to open a window, the room was very noisy from pub customers on lane behind hotel. I would expect free wi-fi in any hotel of this standard. I made a booking for a twin bed room however when I checked in with myfriend we were presented with a double room (double bed). On myconfirmed reservation it showed my request for a twin room. The staffwas very unhelpfull and wanted to put a fold up bed in the room which wefound totally unacceptable. Eventually we decided to take the doubleroom and sleep in one bed. No one came to apologize. the room was very hot , and had a big portable noisy air conditioning machine in it; I had to open the window and with difficulty to put the air-con outlet hose out, then to put up with the noise. Hmm. Not the best nights sleep: a shame because otherwise its a nice hotel. better air conditioning/ noise reduction. New beds. Room was very small. At the back of the hotel where there was a lot of noise until the late hours of the night. The blinds did not work well and broke and were not fixed during my stay. Paying for the internet at the business centre which was also expensive.In the first room the window was broken, in the second room, the heating was turned off and the staff told me it would be on in the morning. In the morning the room was ice cold and only after I complained again I got a portable heater. However, I like to think that I was just unlucky and that this is not typical for this hotel. Very noisy and uneficient airconditioning system, up to the point of spoiling sleeping. Very small room for the kind of Hotel.Not good noise proofing especially with the big televisions. very basic services/facilities. Room very small. Breakfast not included and very expensive. Very noisy air conditioning unit and a very small room. booked a twin and got a double room. It is definitely not up to the standard I expect from a Hilton hotel. ugly and small room,windows don;t close well,i heard the speaking of the people from the other rooms. Staff is not attentive and does not live up to the standard of Hilton or 4-star hotel.
