I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. all reviews » The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again. The facilities were fantastic. I loved the decor all around the lobby and in the rooms. The tea rooms, restaurant and bar were incredibly welcoming and really provided a great dining/relaxation experience. The location was fantastic as it is 2 blocks from the picadilly tube line. The drinks at the bar were also great. Truly a great experience which I expected to pay more for. Flemings is a very impressive hotel. My stay was perfect, the room was spacious, well fitted and very clean. The staff were courteous and professional and the location is idea for walking about. I even had a personalised card wishing me a pleasant stay which was a really nice touch. I think I must have got an offer on the price as the hotel was far superior to the price I paid. The room originally allocated to me was on the ground floor between the hotel foyer and the bar / restaurant and the noise from the restaurant would have made sleep very difficult. At 11 pm I requested a change of room and this was done with the minimum of fuss and an apology also given. My alternative room was very quiet so a peaceful night was had. Great customer service. The staff were lovely all of them from front desk to waiters and room service.Porters were ready to attend at all times.What a lovely Hotel and run by a bunch of lovely professional young people well done !from another person in the same business..We will be back. Thought £2.50 for a KiT Kat crazy but know mini-bars are overpriced. Would have been to have had breakfast included in the price and possibly a biscuit with the tea and cofee in the room. The ordinary twin room doesn't have mirror in front of desk and chair. It was a bit unhelpful when putting on make-up. But there is a large mirror in front of door. Room was on the small side. I took advantage of the pay now offer which was around 50% cheaper than if I paid on arrival. The standard tariff would have made it around £250 per night which I personally feel would have been too much. The practice of selling you a hotel room with breakfast 'not included in the room rate'. It continually disappoints me that our London hotels feel justified in charging £16 for a minute bowl of muesli (where do they buy these tiny tiny bowls??) a soggy croissant and a cup of stewed coffee. Basically the price of breakfast is over the top at £16 for continental and £22 plus for anything cooked. Breakfast would have been an expensive addition. The rain!!!. The price of the breakfast. Price of the cocktails in the bar - eye watering!! and not at all special. Same as most hotels.£22 for English Breakfast is a bit steep. Our room was tiny buy what can you expect for £84 in Mayfair? Stayed here before in much bigger room but paid twice the price for them. As always with hotels, you get what you pay for!. No complaints. Room was quite small. Not a major issue, bigger than I expected from reviews although the bathroom was a little harder to access as it was right next to the side of the bed. TV's could be updated and it would be good if they had drawer space. the big silence in the night. very quite hotel which sometimes you think that nobody else in the hotel. nothing. N/a. WiFi should have been included in the price. Breakfast £16 too expensive.. Nothing. Nothing. What's not to like?.

By London Underground: The nearest London Underground station is Green Park on the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines of the London Underground network. From Green Park London Underground Station, turn right and walk along Piccadilly towards Hyde Park Corner. Turn right again onto Half Moon Street and the hotel is 50 metres ahead on the right-hand side. By Air (from London Heathrow Airport): The hotel is approximately 14 miles (22.5 km) from London Heathrow Airport. From the airport, take the Piccadilly Line towards Arnos Grove or Cockfosters and get off at Green Park London Underground Station. Alternatively, the Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from the airport to London Paddington station and takes just 15 minutes to reach Paddington. The hotel is just a 15-minute taxi ride from Paddington station and taxis are readily available from just outside the station. By Air (from London Gatwick Airport): The hotel is approximately 2 miles (40 km) from London Gatwick Airport. You can take the Gatwick Express train service to London Victoria Station.
