We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. And anything we requested such as extra milk/tea bags were supplied straight away and with a smile. We had an excellent evening meal and an equally good breakfast with one of.

The staff were friendly and chatty without being 'familiar' and we enjoyed our conversations with the various nationalities. [We are New Zealanders] The breakfasts were very good. The evening meals were well-priced and more than adequate [especially the marinated ribs and the big chocolate sundae! The wine-waitress was a character, especially when she knew we lived not far from th. The location was convenient - very close to Victoria Train Station and Coach Station and thus we did not have to use a taxi after getting into London from Gatwick. It was also very close to Victoria Underground and several major sites like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. There are lots of decent and reasonably priced restaurants in the immediate area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Contrary to some negative reports, the buffet breakfast was quite good and there was a lot . We were very specific about the location of the room we preferred and they accommodate us in every way; we liked the fact that once we checked in we were able to be very independent but at the same time we were pleased to know that staff were there if we needed them; the breakfast was great; we found the location excellent, quiet and within walking distance of every attraction we could possibly wish to see; being close to Victoria Station was a bonus. Location, absolutely smack-bang in the middle of Victoria - 1 minute walk to passport office and 2 minutes walk to Victoria Train Station and 3 minutes walk to Victoria . This was a very comfortable clean hotel. All the staff were very friendly and obliging. The staff on the help desk assisted us with tube information and attractions information in a very polite and friendly manner. When asked for use of iron and ironing board it was brought to our room very promptly. The staff helped to make our visit very enjoyable. Location of our hotel couldn't be better. Our double room was large, had a sofa and a table for work and, what is important, there were a number of lamps at different locations (on the table, at the bed) and numerous electric sockets, so it was possible to charge mobile phones, laptops and photo cameras at the same time. The lobby was very comfortable and the bar was open late in the evening. The breakfast buffer was excellent. Extremely comfortable bed. Room very well appointed meeting our needs following a flight back to Gatwick from Europe.Room very quiet Staff outstanding going out of their way to help us. Breakfast staff bright and cheery and service was efficient with good food. Member of staff Marta deserves specific praise for coming along the road to meet us when we rang for directions. We especially liked the hotel for its proximity to many of the major tourist sites, transport and variety of reasonable restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very close to Victoria central station. If you arrive at the station with your luggage then you will have no problem in walking to the hotel. Hotel is very close to Victoria station, great location. All the employees are attentive and polite. Room was clean and tidy. Westminister Abbey, Big Ben, Parliament, London Eye, Buckinham Palace are all within walking distance. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel where you can have breakfast and/or dinner. the location was so good, near Buckingham Palace and the train station-expected it to be noisy and it wasnt at all. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The service was wonderful-arrived late and still got a delicous supper even though it was closing time. Great location, very little street noise due to the double windows in fact much less street noise than some of the far more expensive hotels. The staff at this Premier Inn were really good, friendly, helpful and useful. It was quiet, can not hear others in neighbouring rooms. We're woken by noisy people in corridor but that is not the fault of premier inn, just inconsiderate people . It was clean, decent size room. Comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. Ideally located for tube/train/bus. Located on a street which had little traffic, therefore it was exceptionally quiet for a city hotel. We had the full english breakfast which was excellent. Some entrees offered in the menu for dinner were not available for several nights in a row. nothing at all. Would be nice to have free Wi Fi on 24 hour basis though cost for this is quiet reasonable. Nothing. Convenient and well situated. The internet, although VERY reasonably priced was very sluggish between 6 and 8 in the evenng, I guess because everybody was using it. We had a disturbed night as in the early hours there was a loud knocking - maybe water pipes, or the lift. We were woken from a deep sleep at around 2pm and had trouble getting back to sleep. Nothing. Will use you again for sure. For us there was nothing not to like. The aircon in the bedroom blew directly onto the bed. Had to switch it of as my head started to freeze :) It may have just been this room or just me, but otherwise the room and the bed was great. nothing at all. Staying in London can be expensive, so the price for a room at this location was higher that in another city in England. Nothing. There was no Clock in the Room which I consider to be essential and also the lack of a Safe is a big plus Minus. Nothing!!. Small number of available tv programs. Size of room. Used the offer of a taxi booked through the hotel. This turned out to be double the price of a London black cab. Not very good for the hotel as the hotel was excellent. One reception staff member was unhelpful with any enquiry. The address listed is misleading, the entrance to the motel is in Gillingham St not Ecclestone. The room didn't have a small fridge to keep water cool. As I've said after a previous visit to a Premier Inn, I feel that £3.00 per day for Wifi is a bit much. Many other hotels offer free wifi and I feel the Premier Inns should do the same. not remarkable. There was no telephone or intercom in our room so we had to keep going downstairs. The whole water outlet in the bath tub wasnt functioning well. that made water pool at my feet during bath time. n/a. Only one bath towel in the room, had to request another. Very limited tea making facilities, only one tea bag per person per day. Small things but I am a paying customer and have certain standards that I expect. The plumbing was noisy during the night and did disturb us.
