I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it.

Nice big room. Nice location. Close to "the city" read Soho, Covent garden etc. and still quiet in the evening. Friendly staff.

Short stay: check-in after 15.00 - check-out before 11.00.
Being overcharged for the room and having to ask for a refund of the
overpayment. Though it was resolved very efficiently and followed up by
a telephone apology when we arrived home. No complaints about the way
the problem was rectified.

Had to pay for wifi and no air con. Room was quite stuffy even though it was large. Expensive, but all of London is.
