The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.

area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us.
