Very clean, everything you need in stock at no additional charge: 2 bathrooms, linens, towels, shampoo, soap, dishes, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar, and so on. If you get from the train or bus station - at Princess Street buses 10, 11, 15, 16 on the way to the castle, stop Lochrin Place.
all reviews » The apartment was large with 3 bedrooms and open plan. It had a lovely lounge and kitchen area with plenty of seating & comfortable sofas. It was good to have the balconies to go out onto. The kitchen had all vital facilities and plenty of cutlery. The bedrooms had ample storage space and wardrobe areas so were great. Overall a lovely clean apartment. Free secure parking underground, Value for money especially booking last minute as the price dropped, free view tv, modern and clean. Enough towels and toilet roll supplied an the heating worked great. There was all the necessary amenities for kitchen I.e washing up liquid, tea bags, sugar, etc. Apartment was a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also had a well fitted and modern kitchen with reasonably new appliances. Importantly it also had a washer/dryer which allowed us to do about three loads. Well located to restaraunts and main attractions. A modern very well appointed flat with well equipped kitchen . Very good location for walking to centre of town but also quiet bedrooms , at least in flat 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this flat again . These apartments are lovely to stay in. They are equipped with everything that you could need, Wi-Fi works well and very central. A plus sign is that they also have a garage for the car. There is a garage to park our car! :). Good location, good size apartment. Spacious nice apartment. The style of decoration was nice. Free parking indoors was also nice. Close to city and airport bus connection. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose. We were told it would be fixed the following day but it did not get fixed until the day before we left. There could be a small selection of DVDs left for guests to use as there is a dvd player in the apartment. The saucepans and frying pans need to be sorted and old ones thrown out. The plates, mugs and crockery also need sorting as some had chips and cracks. There could have been more hangers in each wardrobe as not many provided. You Have to take your own bin outside when leaving (my dad didnt mind but I hate doing this chore) Toilet seat in main bathroom wasnt fitted correctly or was of poor quality, felt like if u put all your weight on would break! but these are really minor issues and would not affect my choice to stay here again. Just as feedback to management. Car park levy was a bit stiff given car park is part of complex. Building works nearby created a bit of early morning noise. The only minus was having only one remote key fob to open the garage. We had 2 cars so this was a logistical problem! However at least there was plenty of secure underground parking available. The only negative was - despite calling the number provided for the owners to come and let us in - (whilst still at the airport) we still had to wait 10 min's to be let in. some light bulbs need replaced. but there was nothing i didnt like about this apartment. This is not criticism but I would like to make some suggestions i.e 1. Front door at entrance no.20 needs new key as key did not open door ever time for few minutes I tried. 2.Second toilet seat needs fixing on right side screw. 3. Need new remote for DVD and batteries cover for TV remote. 4. Second sink need a new plug. Well we desperately needed to use the washing machine but the door wouldnt open. Couldn't be dealt with in time but no worries. Prefer to pick keys up at reception and were nervous about this but it worked out ok, staff want to do a good job. - Nothing at all. Situated near fire station. Ok if you can sleep through sirens. Balcony needed a bit of a clean to remove cigarette butts. If you are looking for something more central then may be a bit to far from the lively spots. nothing to report here. n/a. the internet was not as good as it could be. We were dependent on a set of keys to move in and out of the place. Cleanness could improve as there was hairs on the toilet floor.The duvet cover and sheet on the bed had stains on it. Kitchen had a funny smell that we didn't know where it was coming from. Cleanless in the bedroom and no reception, so needed to wait half an hour just outside till the owner arrived to give us the keysand let us in. All beds were terrible. The apartment smelled not good. There were a lot of not sober people in the neighborhood. Bad cleaning. Bad and uncomfortable beds, like sleeping directly on the springs.
