The staff were very friendly & helpful, the location was very convenient for the sea front, the building was clean, the breakfasts were of a good quality & quantity. We were all made to feel very comfortable and treated more as friends than just guests. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to any of my friends.
The hotel was close to everything that Blackpool has to offer. The owners Ray & Amanda cant do enough for you and Ray was always helping us with tips on what to do each day. The breakfast's that are cooked fresh each day are fantastic and really set you up for the day ahead.all reviews »
I liked the hotel because it was away from the center which made it quiet place to stay but it was not too far from the center. It was a very clean and very friendly place. Family atmosphe. Food was excelent. We are planing to go back to stay next year.
everything, we have now stayed at 4 hotels in Blackpool and this tops the lot. Brilliant service, excellent rooms, friendly staff and good location. But saying all this I advise people not to book here so its easier for me to book next time.
perfect central location. Owners were really friendly and couldn't do enough. Nice relaxed atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. we have stayed here before and had no hesitation in re-booking.
Owner was very good with the kids talking and even playing Lego with them fantastic to watch instead off worry if the kids are going to get shouted at when he joins in and plays lol.

The staircase was a bit narrow especially with cases and two kids.
It was very cold at night and there were no spare blankets in the room.
We were 2 mature friends sharing a lovely twin room but we found that having the washbasin in the room and not in the bathroom a little awkward.
