Staff were so friendly, and made to feel so welcome upon arrival. Breakfast was lovely and served very quickly not waiting, as much ceral and juice as you wanted and were always asked if wanted fresh tea or coffee and toast. liked the welcome, got there early to park car & do some xmas shopping.The owner let us check in & leave our bags in our room. also nice,clean & very good breakfast.

Close to central Blackpool; tea and coffee provided was good. no comment. 2.5 hours to find a parking place was not so good. Wifi only avaiable on ground floor, needs some more comfy chairs etc bar area. No dislikes. Shower poor. Bar closed too early. The parking was very limited and the room was rather small. Breakfast poor. The rooms were small-we were on a quadruple just 2 of us n it was a squash, Very noisy on Saturday night. ITV didn't work-but next doors did? Paying £80 for a room with no channels we wanted to watch on it!. The stairs too steep, being left alone in the hotel, not having a room checked, new towels left only on the day before we left. Unfriendly man presume manager who needs to realise that first impressions count as he was rude and not welcoming at all for both parties who stayed in this hotel. The waitress was aggressive again not welcoming at all; breakfast was limited; rooms were small, dated and dirty; toilet did not flush and would not return to this hotel or recommend it.
