i liked the people that owned it they were so friendly and helpful. it was located just outside of the town centre which made it really nice. Both Geoff and Jane were very friendly, very comfortable surroundings, excellent value for money. very friendly and homely. nice large family room and warm. parking facilities and easy to find. Very Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Recommended. the friendly atmosphere. Very friendly hosts, made me and my family very welcome, would happily go again. everything! friendly helpful service homely!. Jane and geoff were very friendly and welcoming,homely atmosphere. The couple running it were incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them from advice on places to eat and things to see to making a special breakfast for my daughter. My children are young (11, 9, 6) and they were made particularly welcome particularly as our room could accomodate 5 people which is always a challenge when we are booking.Staff were very helpful and welcoming,Breakfast was nice with a variety for everyone,Very homely place. The couple who run the hotel were friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty.Staff was very nice and friendly. very clean. nice welcome, good with children, good breakfast plenty to eat if required. The bed was a little uncomfortable and possibly updating in the decor.No, the decor could do with some modernising but to be honest it was great value for money so I cant complain - just an observation. decor not up to date. small room for 5 but appears normal for Blackpool and enough room for the 1 night stay. The room was very cold.
