It was a nice, clean hotel. But what got me the most was the friendliness of the owners. They were so chatty and friendly. The Gresford was actually the best hotel I've stayed in based on this factor. nice friendly owners very helpful. clean and comfortable rooms etc.No toilet paper / shower gel / spoon to stir coffee = room was very basic.

- Enter Blackpool on the M55 motorway.
- Travel to junction 4, leave the motorway by the slip-road and turn right round the roundabout, past the white Windmill.
- This is a dual carriageway. Go through 7 sets of traffic lights.
- Stay on this road until you see the first hotel and guest houses on the left.
- The next road on your left is Palatine Road. Turn down Palatine Road and the Gresford Hotel is halfway down the road, on the left.
