I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. The range of breakfast choices and the quality of food was superb. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it).
all reviews » Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious! Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs. Great location in Central Blackpool. Joseph and Kalpana are excellent hosts and are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There are plenty of choices in the breakfast menu. We have been in many hotels and B&B's in Blackpool but now we have found The Address we will not need to look any further again. We have been twice and have booked for October. Many thanks again Joseph and Kalpana for your hospitality . . Great B&B, lovely breakfast with a wide choice of things to have. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. They were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were nice and cosy. We have stayed at Blackpool many times and out of all the guest houses we have stayed in this has to be the best one so far. We will be using The Address for future stays, thank you Mr and Mrs Robinson. The owners are really nice people and they make you feel so welcome, The Address is very clean and very comfortable and family friendly. Location is perfectly positioned 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The breakfast variety and excellent quality is the best we have ever tasted. Car parking was available at the front of the Address. This was our second time staying at this hotel and again we were very happy with the service from the staff. The cleanliness of the place is outstanding and the staff are very polite and happy to be of help with your every need. We definately recommend The Address to our family and friends. The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly. The hotel room was comfortable, especially the bed. For the 2 nights at the hotel, we slept wonderfully. As my mum came along as well, they placed the rooms close to each other, very thoughtful of them to do so :). The owners were so welcoming, kind and considerate. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They couldn't do enough for me, my husband and 3 year old daughter. There was even a stick of rock waiting for her at breakfast time. My mum and I stayed at The Address for a weekend break and it is probably one of the best B&Bs that I have stayed in. The owners were so friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and the breakfast....well it was fantastic!. loved everything about the b&b the owners were fantastic, made very welcome & at the end of our stay there was a small gift for our grandson at the breakfast table ..... was so sweet .... will definetly be booking here again x. made welcome right away could not do enough for us tea or coffee when we arrived unheard of in blackpool rooms spotless we will use this hotel again and recommend it. - Very friendly hosts, they would do anything for you - An amazing breakfast that you can choose - Very clean rooms. Best breakfast ever. Next time will try the meals If half as good as brekky wll be luvly comfy beds spotless clean. Staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are really well kept and clean. The hosts couldn't do anymore 4 us. Great breakfast. 5 min walk to centre. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything!. Although the room was nice we did feel that the bed could be abit more comfortable. nothing at all. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this B&B!!. Nothing. We had a small double room but it was a but too small the gap between the bed and the bathroom was only about 2" an at 7 months pregnant wasn't ideal !!. Bathroom not en-suite and not heatable. Parking not good but if u book early u can ask for a space. Room 10 is next to tank cupboard so it wakes u up when filling. Nothing. Location but wouldn't put me off.
