The location was perfect for the conference centre and close to the main shopping/eating area and a short walk to Taksim Sq. The staff were excellent (friendly and professional) and were particularly helpful when I needed to purchase a charger for my phone. The room layout was perfect and although compact it had everything I needed including a large tv. The bathroom was ergonomic and had a spacious walk in shower with a huge shower head that was really relaxing after a long day. It had a modern.

The hospitality of the staff and manager is amazing. It felt like home! Thanks to all the staff Tayfun, Yusuf & the rest. And special thanks to the manager Vedat bey for the transfer to the airport! First of all i felt like i was at home the stuff is really friendly, my room was cosy nice and clean and the location couldn't be any better.. the metro is only 2 min. away from the hotel and i could walk to taksim square in 10 min.( one of istanbul's best place) it was very close to the shops and so many beautiful restaurants and cafes etc. but the best thing was the turkish breakfast at the hotel it was traditioanal and i've tried so many different cheese, home made jam, turkish sauceage and . I was in Istanbul the for a long week-end and this hotel was the perfect choice. It is perfectly located close to the metro station, in the elegant Nisantasi area. It is a new hotel and some of the taxi drivers did not know it, but you can use the Osmanbey metro station as indicati. This hotel was opened recently, so when I booked it there was no many reviews. However, when there it exceeded my expectations. The location is very good in the middle of Nisantasi, close to Osmanybay metro station (2 mints walking). Staff and management are extremely nice and ready to do anything for you, they arranged to have a surprised birthday to my wife. I highly recommend it if you are not looking for a hotel with many facilities. I stayed at inncity in november. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. Özlem on reception was excellent during our stay, always smiling and giving hints and tips about what to do in İstanbul. the room was nice, comfortable and clean. the location was convinient and the price was reasonable for the city and the quality of the hotel. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting İstanbul. τHe hotel was within walking distance from the main square of the City (Taksim Square) and only a Metro stop.My stay at this hotel was amazing. For me not crucial as I don't tend to spend much time in my room but rooms are a little small and this time the view from my 1st floor room was very limited. I didn't care too much for the breakfast buffet and alcoholic beverages were very expensive to order through room service. Its not well known its better to save the hotel number and let the taxi deiver talk to them for the address. The location , lack of facilities in the hotel, size of rooms, internet was cut at the night before I left should have been during my check out,and most of all price is higher than for the above negative points. Nothing else anything . Small room. Difficult to find. Need a detailed map on site. Really poor breakfast. Room was a bit on the small side for the price. Difficult to find. The hotel is located into a small street not well known by taxi drivers.
