1) Nice friendly staff, homely atmosphere , Mesut and young lady at reception were quite helpful. 2) Room was spacious (huge) with kitchenette having electric kettle, microwave, induction cooker 3) Clean wash room with separate shower area 4) Location close to international convention centre (400 meters), 15 mts walk to Taksim. all reviews » The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had. The location is very convenient, within 0.5 Km of the ICEC and also close to a big Park with jogging/walking trails for those who like to exercise in the early morning. The staff were very friendly and extremely responsive to any needs and would immediately send up a person to look into any room issues. The room rate was very competitive. The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was 5 minutes walking from the tram. Location near convention center, and cheap price. location, location, location. 1) it is in small by lane some taxi drivers wont know about its location, give detailed address and phone no to taxi driver. 2) House keeping staff needs training. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it. A toaster at breakfast time would have been nice. Milk not available when requested at breakfast. Last day my flight was at 7pm, and I must put my baggage in the hotel hall because of the luggage room was ”full”, while the computers (2 laptops) the girl behind the reception put in the reception desk. When I left the hotel, I forgot my laptops, and the girl who called me a taxi didn't phone the taxi driver to tell him that I forgot my computers. It wasn’t honest. There was no facial tissue or complimentary water in the rooms! we stayed in another hotel for two nights and it was the same there! it seems it is common not to have these in the 3 or 4 star hotels in Turkey!. Using the directions from booking page the taxi driver got very lost. He called the hotel at 1am and was directed to the hotel quickly. In fact it is very easy to find and just 10 second walk from a very prominent intersection. A verg good location. My only complaint was that the room I stayed in had very little light. This could be rectified by adding additional lighting. in the breakfast there was not enough coffee for everybody. we had to wait while it was making. hotel's location was hard to find for taxi drivers. nothing. Short breakfast time (8-10 a.m.). size of room was not as same as booking site .there is not conditioner in the bathroom. - dining area is very tight but food was nice - king bed is smaller than the regular king beds - address in booking should be more clear for taxi drivers. None. Rooms are not very clean and very dim light in the rooms. A bit far away from centre (20 min walk to the main square). no hot water facilties for making drink, just provide kettle will help alot and we do not need to disturb the staff. The reception Supervisor never keep promises , didn't handover the check out receipts as well as the cash money I payed for the stay , called her from Tripoli asked her to email it she promised again but never sen it till now . Nothing. N/A. Don't order food to your room! They are bringing something different than your order. All was quite good but in the last two days they didn' t change our towels, and beeging in 3 we didn't know anymore which towel belonged to whom because they put all like the clean ones. What i didnt like was other staffs who couldnt speak English , most of them are ok, but because they cant speak in English so they are shy and not friendly! may be!!!breakfast was not good! I just advise to prepare yourself , not expect too much!. Staff had difficulties with english language and that it was allowed with smoking in the lobby/restaurant. Some problem with the lift. Problems of communication. The bed was very uncomfortable Breakfast end early 8-10 am. They offer us a Turkish bath and we waited more than hour and nobody came and nobody care for our complain. The pictures are very deceiving. It looks like a big comfortable hotel with lots of amenities. It is not. Its very small and not worth the money we paid. On top of that, they tried to give us three people a room with one bed and one sofa. Furthermore, they purposely charged us 40 lira more than the original booking price. I ended up leaving after one night and my friends stayed there. It was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was confused; we asked them to book at a restaurant for us and when we arrived there wad no reservation... The keycard of our room never worked. Not enough space in the lobby at breakfast time. Bad smell!!! I do not recommand this hotel, yet the price was ok but our experience was not worth more expensive!. poor service, terrible breakfast. Poor service and a hotel wit a lot of technical problems.
