  We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. The hotel ... what people say » changed a little, became better! At once, I can tell that numbers remained same – repair there wasn't. But rooms very good! There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!   It was second time to stay for us. The staffs are friendly with great hospitality. The room is very comfortable and large. This condo seems our home in Bangkok. It's very convenient to buy anything from 7-11 store placed closely.   beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. The management responded well when I checked into my room and I noted that there was a smell coming from the refurbishment of their furniture. Going in and out was very convenient through a few minutes walk to the MRT station. There were plenty of local Resturants that we can eat all day long. The Lumpinee Park was very enjoyable for our morning exercise. Staff were also friendly and polite.

Awesome location if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho and KaoSan Rd. Really good area to stay and explore city via taxi and or bts.
