The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. Loved everything about the hotel. • The location (right next to the Banyan Tree - so easy for cab drivers to find it). • The decor (modern, sexy, cool and smart) • The dining options (Nahm, Glow, their healthy breakfast and lunch place, Met, their cocktail lounge) were all excellent. • The staff (Polite, friendly, helpful).

There is no restaurant in this hotel, first time in 15 years of travelling, I stayed in a 5star hotel whereas the hotel guests have no access to the restaurant (tham). Officially the hotel has a restaurant run by outside operators, hence no chance to have a table if you do nt book 15 days in advance. So I was left with a poor room service. Disappointing !!!!!. restaurant, which supposed to be one of the top in Asia- service was really bad. they seemed to rush everything like in Mc'Donalds. Nothing specifically but it was quite sterile. the rooms are old, very bad layout. simple requests they don't help you with like hire a car. poor attitude from staff in general. so many better choice for the money in bangkok. Hotel in bad area beside an embassy with no entertainment , no coffee shop no business meeting room . Their is nothing special in the hotel .
