I really liked this hotel. A friend and I rented a designer 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel daily breakfast was great. There were many food options to choose from and always fresh. Clean attended gym and SPA with free weights, equipment and showers. The gym is active in the morning and evenings. All the Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and assessable to everything via short 10 min walk. I would definitely .

The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. If i were a luxury hotel owner I would be quaking in my boots at this type of competition. They even allow you to use your breakfast coupon to take any other meal if f. The staff were really lovely and helpful. They were very friendly to our son. The room is very roomy and clean. The breakfast selection was adequate but not huge. It is only a ten minute walk to the sky train but you may also use the complimentary shuttle bus service. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Siri Sathorn and would recommend it to others. The apartments were well set out and very spacious; a nice place to stay whilst being in Bangkok. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful when making external arrangements. The spa is well priced and the staff are lovely - it was a very soothing environment. The breakfast was nice, but only with fairly basic western breakfast options. We didn't mind though because what they had was delicious. Nothing at all. Nothing wrong. nothing I can think of. Just at times internet went down or slow. Worst service ever. Pure inconsistency in the info they give customers. When we checked in the front office staff refused to give us her name saying that we might complain against her. She was very playful and we were quite fine with that. But because of her we ended up disappointed. She told us that 3 guests will have free breakfast and 1 will have to pay. This is untrue. The manager was very rude and kept interrupting the guest which is unbelievable. Wifi is almost non existent in the rooms. There was nothing to dislike. I called for room service once and they didn't help at all. Refused. nothing.

Please note that the property offers shuttle service from the residence to BTS Saladaeng and MRT Silom stations during 07:30-22:00 hrs on weekdays and 10:30-22:00 hrs on weekends and public holidays. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's identification card and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. In the case that guests fail to present their credit card, guests will be required to settle a new payment when checking in. A security deposit of THB 3000 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
