Our stay was amazing! We loved everything about the hotel: very close to the beach and nightlife, yet very quiet and clean. It is brand new with awesome rooms. The staff is extremely frienly and everybody tries to please you and make sure you are having a great time. We will definitely come back again!!!. It was very homey, restaurant's food was delicious for reasonable prices, free access to the internet - it just made our stay enjoyable in comparison to the hotel we stayed before for 1 night.

The rooms were clean.Small hotel (5-floors) in quiet but good location not far from the beach. Opposite to a much larger Andaman hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast place at terrace was pleasant way to start a day. Small pool area. All basic things worked. Scooter drivers always friendly and available to take you anywhere. Simple but good enough for sleeping. I liked it. The location was excelent, very close to the beach, shops, laundry facilities, internet facilities and good breakfast.you can walk easy to every where.new hotel and clean. The staff were very helpful whenever you ask for some information some even go the extra mile to assist you. The hotel is very clean and the price is reasonable but you get a better price during the off peak season. My next visit I will definitely stay at the Aspery Hotel it is value for money and I will recommend my friends should they go to Phuket.Really nice and professional receptionists, good service. Good enough for sleeping. Sometimes noise from other guests at night time but nothing serious. Taxi drivers did not know hotel but telling "Hotel Andaman" as the direction got me there every time.I should appreciate if the cooker could use different frying pan, for non hallal food, for example when frying eggs.. breakfast have to be more choise.Nothing to complain. The pool wasn't in use yet, a bit of a dissapointment and unexpected.Bath room not clean and Deluxe type bath room so big but bed room It's same bath room. little bit noisy door closing sounds, air con not so wide settings. there was a construction going on right across our room, but the noise levels were not disturbing. The rooms where not well insonorized and there was too much of a noisedue construction works in the sourounding area. Breakfast is a little poor, but for the price is it ok. bed to hard, poor breakfast.Though we stayed there for 6 days, house keeping never changed sheets...just flipped it over every day. They pretended not to understand our asking to change the sheets. Since they had an electric problem with casher machine(so bank clerk back home said ), they didn't accept credit card. We had to walk all the way to ATM to get some cash and took 1.5 hours for checking out. nobody speaks english. Poor reception, stuff spoke poor English, housekeeping did not do a good job.
