The overall enviroment, cleaness, proxmity to the beach. The front desk staff were so welcoming on arrival, but not coorative with handling queries and complaints. I had to cancel 9 days out of 11 days booking with one-day cacellation fine and walk out to another hotel where we felt well treated.

Hotel information details

All guests who stay on a special day such as 24/12/07 or 31/12/07 will be charged for the dinner party per person. The payment is required to be paid to the hotel upon arrival:
-Christmas Dinner: adult 2,900 baht, child 1,500 baht
-New Year's Dinner: adult 4,300 baht, child 2,100 baht

Important information to guests

Room rates on 24th December and 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately.
