Family run and super friendly with everything, great personalised service. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic for family with children. Two large pools with plenty of beds. The beach is just a few steps from the resort. The beach is perfect for children to play. The location is perfect: on the beachside you can walk to many restaurants, minimarkets and massage places. From the hotel you can take a tuk-tuk for a 5 minute drive - I loved the vegetation in and around the hotel, the Thai style architecture of the bungalows, the location was great very close to the little village and to restaurantes and grocery shops.   Wow! We stayed at the soontreeya for 3 nights. We could have stayed there for ever. Excellent bungalows, perfect beach location and the staff is amazing. The treated us like family. Very nice soft beds, good cleaning service, beautiful swimmingpool. Something I really need to mention: we saw lots of bad reviews online, but this was due to the form... what people say » er owners. The new owners, a great Irish guy and a lovely Thai lady did renovations on everything. Skip all the bad reviews. I recommend this place wi - My friend and I just came back from a fantastic 10 day stay here. The owners Conor and Sai were great; very friendly, very helpful as indeed were all the staff. The place has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The bungalows were large, exceptionally light and clean and everything worked well; shower, air con, TV, fridge, Wifi etc etc. Lovely clean pool and eating/bar area. Huge breakfasts! Great bar! I would highly recommend it and want to go back right now.

  We were there during the low season and the restaurant was closed except for b/fast, which was quite adequate. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. It's a bit out of the main town, the best way to get around is to rent a scooter.   Da and her staff were great, the girls really do their best even if they don't understand. Da helped with and saved us money on day trips, all of which were brilliant, our favorite being Koh Rok.   I have been on a two week trip from Krabi to Railay to Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi to Karon Beach. The Twin Bay Resort is by far the best of the places that I stayed. The management staff is excellent. The bungalow was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

  We stayed at Lanta Miami with our three children in a delux beachfront bungalow for 10 days in August. We loved every minute. The staff were friendly and helpful and we rarely ate anywhere else, the restaurant was incredibly good value and excellent food. Best shakes in Thailand, and best phad Thai too. There were no insects in bungalow except some tiny ants once in a while, no mosquitoes or cockroaches at all. The pool was b - Staff is very helpful and nice. The bungalows are ok, very close to each other but clean. Good value for money. The resort is more south but a small village is close and there are 2-3 mini marts very close (2-5 mins walk). You can also rent a scooter and I didn't got the feeling that they want to cheat you with (meaning making money with scratches etc). There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.
