Owner and his wife recently bought place, he is from Netherlands and
wife is Thai. He is fluent English, and she is soooo friendly! Excellent
tips and recommendations, nothing was a problem, place was clean and
friendly!!perfect for backpackers who don't neccesarily want to stay
in hostels:).
From we arrived until we left the place owners of the place was very kind and helpful for us. They arranged a trip for us and even after check out time they care about us. They arranged a room to take a shower. Beside that location of the place was really good and room were clean.all reviews »
The wifi was very fast and worked well from my hotel room...this is
something relatively rare in Thailand. Also, everything was very clean,
and the staff were extremely friendly.
Value for money was excellent. Frank and his wife were very helpful and nice. They can arrange adventure trips and a low price and give you good advice on the area.
Really nice stuff, speaking good english, very hospitable,helpful and
polite. The owner is a french guy, so this place is similar to
european hostel.

Guesthouse is run by a very friendly couple, the location is very good,
just around the corner to a very nice street where it all happens. About
15 mins walking to night market. A big plus and a compliment to the
owner: I arrived at 5 am and he let me check in at 6 am already, so it
felt very hospitable to me. Very soft and clean towels!.
Frank and Sara, the couple that runs the place, are excellent with customer service.

Our room with fan was a little bit tiny and the only window saw the other building so air circulation in the room was not enough. If you had a choice air con rooms were better.

My roon wasn't cleaned even once and I had to take shower above the
toilet... A strange shower, but I heard you see it often in Asia.
In general, the place is not as clean as it should be (my room included).
Also note that for the single room, the bathroom is extremely small.
The price is cheaper if u walked in. And the toilet had no vent fan...
