This guest house is a good value for money. The dorm is nice and clean. Super comfy bed. Shower rooms are also clean. Very nice and helpfull stuff. Normal guesthouse with helpfull staff and the cutest cat (cat lives in his own room with frige ;)). Close to great pentatonic bar with live music. The staff are lovely, it's very well located and excellent value at less than 200 each for a twin with airconditioning!!.

We took private room with aircon, it was big, quite nice, you enter the hotel through the suit shop :). Good room and clean. You are in the old city, so it's possible to walk around. Perfect location, only 2 min walk from some bars/clubs. 290 for the double room. price friendly place. cost performance good. staff, and price. cheap and clean. I liked the owners very much. They were nice and helpful if i needed anything. The guesthouse room were not cleaned in the 3 days i were There, but if i had asked i am sure They would have cleaned it. No elevator and my room were on 4 floor, so if you have bad legs not the Best option. All in All a good service place that helps you with everything if you ask for it;-). Location was the best part of this guesthouse. Room was fine, as was the en suite bathroom. Staff was not especially friendly or helpful. Perfectly comfortable for the price, but would recommend Kikie's House over this spot. Stayed at Kike's as well, and the room was nicer and the staff was excellent. The staff is friendly, and they have a desktop computer with internet for your use. Great location. If you are a budget traveler, then maybe this place is for you. When i decided to check out 4 days early, they promptly gave me my money back with no problems. We have chosen that room at Walkinn cause of the fair price, in the old city. So even the room looks good in the pictures, remember that you pay for a budget room. The beds in the dorm room are big and comfortable. It has no AC, but it has fans and its more than enough for the night. The room was big and nicely located in the old city. Nice staffs.clean bathroom.easy to.find location. The bed is comfortable, worth the price. owners were nice. big room. Close to Thapae Gate. As the guest house is on the main street, it was a little noisy from traffic. Not so clean bathroom and always water on the floor. A bit far from gates. for this price, nothing to complain about :). Nothing. not very comfortable. not enough ventilation. The scooter rentals are too expensive. 250b per day. Staff was uncomfortable and not helpful. Honestly, I didn't like anything about the guesthouse. They had lots of ants, and the bathrooms were very dodgy. No refrigerator, so if you have food you must eat it quickly and throw it away immediately. I just don't like feeling like bugs are crawling over me all day. If you don't mind, then this place if for you. The staff didn't speak much english, they were not too helpful and they forgot about my laundry when I requested the service, which meant I had to spend 3 days with the same clothes. The day I was moving out they gave me the bag back with my dirty clothes with just a "sorry, we forgot". The only staff there was some of the owners sons. One was all the time playing games in the computer with no attention to the guests. On the booking it said air con and the room had no air con. We stayed only one night, mainly due to atmosphere and staff. The only downside of this guest house is because the building faced to main street then when it comes to night,it can be very noisy. It's noisy in the moring. not like sharing toilets. shared bathroom； not a clean room;. Room was not cleaned when I moved in. I hate being negative unnessessarily but the word that always comes to mind with this place is 'dodgy'. The place is a definite fire hazard and should h be inside when a fire starts you could be in serious trouble as there is 1 way out, down the stairs and all windows are barred. I would highly recommend Nice Apartments near Thapae Gate in Soi 1. Price is cheaper and very professionally managed. Lovely people and you won't have any problems ;).
