Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.Lovely staff very helpfull and kind at all times, great spa and a lovely restaurant with a great breakfast.

It is a very stylish and compfortable hotel -which is perfectly situated next to the mrt station and just an eightminute walk to the nightlife and shopping district. design of the room was fine, as well as the design of the hotel itself is very nice, breakfast was quite good. i thought it was a very comfortable hotel with excellent room facilities.the staff were friendly and helpful. really liked the hotel.. will most likely stay again on my next visit. the warm welcome of the manager and bell boy.the design and functionality of the hotel.Convenience for Skytrain, proximity to Sathorn for driving and close to 7/11. No mirrow at the bath room.There is no view from the room. Didn't like the curtain. The hotel is still under construction, so the gym and pool have not been opened. Though we managed to have a private access to the pool anyway, thanks to the hotel staff. the staff speak poor english , the corridors were a bit smelly , the room service will not provide you with daily soap and shampoo even if they will see that you consumed them all.. i had to go my self and ask them for that ,, they gave me one piece of soap!!. The beds were too hard and the breakfast buffet was not really good, lack of options. The finish of the rooms could be better, the shower door didnt close and you could see the inside of light fittings through the wall.Downcomer of the bath room was not working well. The aircon and exhaust fan were too noise. Can not provide essential services for passenger to travel in Bangkok.

The Heritage is situated between Silom & Sathorn Road, just one minute’s walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS Station. The area is one of the most important financial districts in Bangkok, making it a great base for business travellers.
