Location is great - it's literally right next to the SkyTrain station Chong Nonsi - two stops and you're at the river, a few stops in the other direction and you're on the Sukhumvit line. Rooms are big and modern. We had booked a two-person room and asked for an extra bed (as we are a group of three) and then got a free upgrade upon arrival to a bigger room. Thumbs up for that! Staff is very friendly. Shower might've been the best water pressure we had on our three week trip through Thailand. T.
all reviews » Booked a junior suite and a grand deluxe, liked the latter better, with carpet, bigger shower room, brighter. Junior suite is very dim, but has a microwave and a separate dinning area/workdesk. Both rooms are very clean and comfy. Rooftop pool, where breakfast is served, is very nice. Bkfast is decent and changed menu daily, egg station is a nice touch! Wifi chargable, but very fast and cheap, only 100B/day! Bts chong nonsi right in front of hotel, go to sala deang 1 stop away for food and ente. A lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Silom. Close to the bts, shopping and great eating. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop infinity pool is outstanding. A morning swim is a great way to start the day. Unfortunately the hotel hasn't yet taken full advantage of an evening bar option. Great location, great staff and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Near to bts station by walking. You can reach very important point of the city from this station ( mrt,ai̇rport trai̇n,central trai̇n stati̇on, and to ri̇ver). Staff very helpful and friendly. They upgrade my room on 2nd day to a bigger room, without additional charge. Central location clean good sized rooms we stayed there because it is next to a bst station. This place is ok for a night or two. But there's no atmosphere. The gym was in a very small room not conducive for a workout and one equipment was not working anymore. Went to the outdoor gym in Lumpini park for a thb 20/day fee, had enough free weights and other locally welded machines that worked for me. The hotel and rooms were a bit bland but then I'm not a fan of white boxes. The restaurant was closed when we stayed and we didn't find anywhere serving good food close by. Upon check in, the receptionist wasn't able to put a deposit on my classic visa (debit) ard and I had to pay the total amount upfront. And they don't take Amex either. After the 1st night we woke up because of a stench of sewage in our room!!! Poor canalisation in bkk is frequent but this is unacceptable. We were moved to a room on the 8th floor and it was ok. The gym can hardly be called a gym. The pool is tiny but refreshing. Nothing negative to say. The place was clean, beds comfy, and staff helpful. it was written that wifi was unlimited but there was time limit and i had to get another wifi password same day. Lobby was small, I can see it getting crowed if a few people check in at the same time. Small lift. rooms comfort and size varie a lot. i stayed 4nights there, overall everything is quite good, but only one is they just supply 2small bottle shower gel, but did not refill it everyday when they make up room and i also no time to get from them. Room had a few maintainance issues and the air-con was noisy - No quiet setting. Bathroom mirror is nuts. The hot hot water for showers did not stay constant and went hot and cold, we had to contunuously adjust the temp also some fittings were not fitted properly. It is quite pricey for a residence. 1) Poor Reception Area 2) Mirror in Bathroom Is Wierd (Why at side....?). facility is a bit old. hot water is uncontinued sometime. Shower water went from hot to cold to too hot, unable to control it. Lack of Hot water some time. Refill of shampoo and shower gel not happen. Start to look tired, rundown, need a fresh paint and refresh. Staff didnt speak very good English so was hard to communicate. Internet isn't free! We said to the main desk that it says in letsbookhotel.com and in other adverts that we have seen but they said that you only get free wifi if we had booked through their website. Very poor! Didn't honour it either. Sign in reception stated taxi prices to airport , we booked a taxi and paid for it the night before our departure early the next morning. Noone told us there were two airports and we were taken to the wrong one! Not the way to start a long trip home. We needed to ask reception to change our towels and bed sheets. Less natural light in the room and bit noisy air con. old room and the furniture is not good. Great pool, but deck area needs attention, furniture replaced and retractable awning for shade. the room seem too small for two people. sometimes no hot water in the shower, TV wasn't working, although for me not that important. The balcony was covered by aircon boxes, which meant that almost all light and the view to Chong Nonsi BTS station were blocked. What is there not to like?. Lobby, no wifi at the room. There was some misunderstanding with the staff, they can not or pretend that they can't speak English. At the end, charged us huge amount for phone service because of this misunderstanding. Everything else was good, just be careful:). little expensif. nothing.
