Great staff, pool and lounge area next to pool was amazing. Great cocktails from the bar in the pool area too. Couples spa package was incredible. Sushi downstairs was great! Mr Nut (Nud) our driver (who you should find out the front of the hotel most days) was the best! Took us to a great tailor and showed us all of the best spots for shopping etc. excellent location...good value for money...room decor is good...but size is small...some staff is good and friendly...some are very rude...its all mix bag....over all if you prefer good location and good value for money, its a good choice.
all reviews » This is a very nice hotel right in the center of Bangkok near Siam Paragon. A lot of nice places to eat around. the concierge service in the hotel was excellent. The rooms are small, the drinks and food are expensive, only two lifts and very slow. Wi Fi connection. All good. the same xmas cd running again and again everywhere at everyhour in the hotel. Better to have a wider selection of ambiance music and a bit more discreet.The drink and meal prices are well above typical Thailand prices, in fact they're well above Australian prices, so we didn't eat and drink at the hotel too often. Very HARD bed. Bad lighting in room. Slow response to our concerns and were not interested in fixing any problems. Colors of the room is very dark and the lights is very low. 1.Staff move very slowly. 2.Internet needs to log on each time used and wifi is very weak! 3.Some equipments in washing room didn't work!. Very noisy. Can hear the traffic from outside (despite beingn on the 24th floor) and also a lot of noise inside the building.
