This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which I would highly recommend. The view from the room was spectacular. The room itself was large and very clean. Our laundry was done beautifully. The pool area is fantastic and the lounge on the 25th floor has excellent facilities and snacks. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. We upgraded our room to a suite for just £20 more and the suite was incredible with fantastic views of Bangkok. The rooftop pool is a highlight. We only stayed here one night and wished we'd had longer. Very comfortable and great value for money. This is a new hotel located in a very good area. MBK is only a few steps away as is the National Stadium BTS. Siam Square and Paragon dept store 5 minutes away. Location can't be beaten. Staff in general very good and helpful. Loved the hotel. Food needs more variety. we have to use 2 different lifts/elevators to get to the room. the door knob has different way to open, we have to "pull-up" which we were not informed before. None. Pool was closed one evening due to private event. Think pool should be reserved for hotel guests always. Pool is only ok, they have missed a chance to have an epic pool with a view. Instead fairly standard. Pool and gym are very small. AC was a bit noisy, but maybe just in our room. It took us very long time to check in. Higher efficiency is needed. Smell in room, some weather leak from frigde, and staff did not seem to know how to Handel it. Gym equipment could be better. Poor WiFi. No bath tub. the tour desk to go to Cambodia wasn't very aware of what to do... I send an email requisting early check in But no one replay my email, the room was not ready eaven 1400 hours Bad start. You hear every sound in this hotel,these walls let every sound through... Nothing. Inhouse entertainment very poor. The room is dusty thats y i feel itchy as my skin is sensitive. No mini bar room service staff didn't have much stuff have to change elevators to go in your room.
