For a stay of five nights, we had a very great deal. Location very convenient as it is just 5 minutes walking distance from Asok bts Station and Sukhumvit mrt station, ideal for going around the city. Also surrounded by several big establishments and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel is located very close to a lot of things and is almost at the heart of Sukhumvit which made it easy for me to move around despite it being my first time in Bangkok. Their breakfast is also very good and so is their food generally. In case you do not like the food,there are a lot of fast food locations and good restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Generally, this hotel is very simple and nice. Staff was very nice and polite. Lovely people. All fairly young but very respectful. I met several repeat guests, expatriated Bruts, Aussies and Americans who stay here often when in Bangkok. That's a goid recommendation. Location is fantastic! A short walk from Sky Train Asok Station and swank hotels and malls. You can go anywhere from here easily in the bts and mrt including Airports. Liked the breakfast (inckuded) ti start my day. Friendly and helpful the staff,quiet location,reasonable prices,good food,clean,very good internet connection.You get what you pay for usually, then a very good budget place like this comes along.I recommend it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future. This is not really a dislike but something that people should know. letsbookhotel.com says that the rooms have a DVD player but this is not the case. There is a certain loud noise/sound that you hear occasionally at night but I could tolerate despite being a light sleeper. Breakfast was goid, but tgey haven't quite figured out how to cook American style over-easy eggs. They don't understand the explanation. Someone shoukd show them! Also, the coffee was Instant. But, never fear, there's a Starbucks a short walk up Sukhumvit Rd.!. No complaints other than the TV had very limited channels. The bed was too hard. The a/c unit was incredibly loud and rattly. There was nothing not to like. Seems to be a cockroach issue although they spray the rooms and keep the hotel as clean as possible. They are only tiny so not as fearsome as their bigger friends. Leaving!. Just too many bugs in the room!.
