We particularly appreciated - at the end of our stay, ready to fly back to the uk, with bulging suitcases - that you had heavy-duty and very accurate weighing scales that you brought up to our room, free of charge, so we could make sure that no one case was over the limit! We loved our elegant apartment (with plenty of hanging and drawer space), your most friendly and helpful staff and the amazing rain shower :-) ! Would love to return to Marvin Suites.
all reviews » We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away. The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus. the room is clean and spotless, with room service tidy-up promptly. Not exactly a big room (studio), but spaciously designed and comfortable. Shower facilities is good too although there's no bathtub. Good pricing considering it's in the Sathorn Business District. Ideal for business travellers. Very good stuff all of them are very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Though the distance, the area is very quiet and it's easy to rich at night (because there is no traffic at all) Very good value for the money. Recommended!. Hotel is located near surasak tram station (10 min walk). Shuttle service to tram station is available until 6pm. Staff is very friendly and a very clean hotel. Rooms are comfortable. The staff here are brilliant and can't do enough for you! It is a five minute walk from Surasak BTS but they provide a complimentary tuk tuk ride to the station during the day. The room is very comfortable with many qualities of a luxury hotel room, just a bit smaller. Good value for the money. We were very comfortable and extended our stay there. If you are on a typical holiday, the location might not be ideal (10mins walk to Surasak or Chong Nonsi BTS), especially if you need the MRT / Airport Link. Also the street is rather quiet at night and there's not much shopping/eateries choices around. The location was far from the main activities. There is a lot of traffic in the area so it's hard to rich the center if Bangkok. No other facilities like swimming pool, sauna, in case you wish to relax in the afternoon. Small room, not that it bothered us. No pool which is a shame in such a beautiful tropical city. A bit far away from the BTS Surasak. The cleanness of the corner of washing basin and shower floor can be improved. Some visible mold is on. Closed balcony, position is not the best but it's 10 minutes walking from bts Surasak. Car parking lot quite small. access by car, not a lot of parking in the area. Couldn't open the windows. Location is far from most major attractions. BTS is 10-15 minutes walk. They didn't have any rooms with 2 beds so if you're two friends travelling you may have to get 2 separate rooms. Hotel couldn't find my reservation in the system even though it was confirmed by letsbookhotel.com.
