  The staff was super friendly and helpful. They called a cab for us and help set up activities for us or gave us suggestions. I was also able to rent a bike from them and ride around town/seaside and they were thoughtful enough to give me a raincoat in case it rained while I was riding. They even offered to pick me up if I got lost. He gave us a warm welcome and picked us up from the train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again.
