The view was absolutley fantastic and we had a big balcony so we could enjoy it even more. It is right on the sea front so only a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants right underneath us to eat and drink at! There was a firework display at 2am which I unfortuntely missed but my partner sat on the balcony in full view of it!I would def recommend it!!!. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is on the water and we had a beautiful view from the room. Very easy access to the center of the city by train.

The staff at the restaurant didn't speek englisch or german. It was not possible to communicate. One room was very small,with a few of a wall. and the other was big. It was very strange cause we paid the same prise for the rooms. Not all staff spoke english.Walls between rooms abit thin and very noisy on saturday nights-as our shutters on window didn't close properly.The big problem was that there is a great deal of construction work going on immediately outside the hotel and the noise was persistently dreadful. cold in the night. the spray for the insects in the room...it freaked us out. the restaurant which is belonging to the hotel, I have found it a little bit very expensive in the prices and a little bit poor in proponing fish dishes menus... which should be a speciality of there ... I could recommend the hotel because of his place direct next to the playa ... Also the hotel room paying 90 Euros for a small room without see on the sea, I have found it a little bit expensive. persistent smoke smell in the room, even I've booked no-smoking room, a lot of noise. The rest of the staff were not very friendly. There was no internet access provided by the hotel other than if you took your own laptop with you. The lights in the hallway were turned off the majority of the time and I requested a double room with a sea view and recieved it with two single beds and then asked to move and only got a double bed with no views.too noisy. The construction was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, the room was very small and for a 2 star only the price was way too high. The staff, except the one young man at the reception, was not friendly and did not inform about food or breakfast possibilities also at the check out the person was very rude.stinking hotel, with a lot of noise, bad view on inner court. Small room with mosquitos, and a small bed. The noise was umbearable, the hotel staff was rude, I was asked in a bad way to pay upfront all my stay only because I did not have a suitcase with me but only my backpack (this was a long week end!) I was angry and very disappointed, offended.

-Take metro line 5 in the direction of Maritim-Serrería
-Change to the tram service in the direction of Neptú (stop situated 2 minutes from the hotel).

From the train station:
- Take bus number 32 and alight at the last stop (Playa de las Arenas).
